It was really good, especially Sana Karamat, she was a great teacher and gave us a lot of guidence. I learnt a lot!!

I got a lot of exercise from 7 flights of stairs

The training was excellent. The admin staff Julia and the rest were very helpful and made the training enjoyable. The tutors were perfect which made it easy to pass at a goal.

I recently completed my Door supervisor training at 1 Ace Training Limited, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The trainers were absolutely phenomenal—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire course.

The sessions were well-structured, engaging, and packed with practical insights that I can already see making a difference in my professional journey.

I highly recommend 1 Ace Training Limited to anyone looking to gain their training in security.A truly top-notch training experience!

I have pass my SIA licence training with help of good tutor as well as they also provide practical for students to learn more.

Trainer was good but rushed through many slides, leading to missed information.
Home learning was assigned but not checked, except for ACT training.
Most of the time is spent on mock exams and role-playing irrelevant security scenarios.
They sell the 24-hour results but this is scam!
While results may be reported in 24 hours, paperwork still needs to be processed. Paying doesn't speed-up the overall process of getting a license.

Advice: DO NOT PAY EXTRA!

Classes often overfilled with people from other courses needing to complete hours or doing top-ups.
Passing the actual exams is possible without real learning.
I wont mention how pointless the first aid course was, can learn more from youtube videos.
Not 1Aces' fault, but the door supervisor course is ineffective and a joke.
Classes extend until 6 PM daily only to log hours, with no additional learning.
What is 1Ace's fault is they profit from desperate people trying to earn a living.

I had a wonderfull experience at 1Ace Training. The whole staff and Trainer is highly compatible, well trained, cooperative and approachable. I highly recommend this Training center.

Dr Kehinde Oshibote was very good at showing us how to do things well and used great examples to help you understand each point. He was very understanding when it came to helping every ones own needs

Good team, good teachers. Was trained by Syed, has a good sense of humour which is helpful to make the days of training go quicker. Would deffo recommend.

1 Ace Training is a professional training centre. Per my experience, the make sure the necessary skills required for the Security industry are acquired by students strictly and professionally. I would recommend them any day.

It's a good institution good way of training and good staff

Mr Kehinde Osibote the instructor/trainer was excellent and very professional. The reason I am not giving more than one star is because the staff in the office are unprofessional. I went to renew my did SIA licence at the end of February. When I walked into the exam room I noticed that my name was spelled wrongly and I pointed this out to the person in the examination room I was told not to worry as it would be corrected in the system, but I still made the ammendment and gave the paper back with the correct spelling. When I went to apply for my Licence it was delayed because they wrote my name wrongly, and then my application was delayed again because there was another error with the surname (I couldn't understand why they made those mistakes. I had renewed my licence 4 times previously with other security training companies and never had an issue). Then I was contacted to collect my certificate and I turned up at the office to find out that the certificate was with the wrong spelling. I was upset because I told them 3 times on the day of the exam and they still spelled it wrong. I was trying to apply for my licence and the SIA would not allow me as the personal details downloaded by 1 Ace Training didn't match mine. Since end of February that I did the exam I finally managed to apply for my Licence towards the end of April and this caused me a lot of stress and frustration as my licence was expiring mid May. Since March until now I have kept contacting and chasing the office to issue my Certificate and nothing has been done. I call them and they answer is always the same that they are going to contact the body that issue the certificate and that they'd call me back to let me know what they said, and guess what? They never do. I had enough of it. It's been more than 3 months chasing my certificate and when I call they pretend to do something about it and then they ignore me by not calling me back as agreed. I paid for the course and is fair that I asked for my certification. They are not doing their job. Very dissapointing.

I did really enjoyed the course and the tutor was great. Also admin staff were very engaging and so much of a help. Great job

Kehinde Osibote is the highly qualified and very experienced trainer and tutor.
Made everything very easy to understand.

The teacher Kahinde is a Great teacher I found so far. Who did refreshed my training and made me understand the physical intervention and I will never forget his smile:-))

Excellent tutor that connects well with the people. Very firm and fair tutor who I found to be very helpful.
