Outstanding effort by the guys in preparing for setup, helping me navigate strata concerns as well.
The setup took only a day and I got a good nights rest with warmth that evening.

We were greatly impressed by the professionalism of Victor and Vitaly. They arrived on time, were well equipped for all eventualities and solved some complications with connections. They were orderly, cleaned up as they went and left everything in order. They both were polite and friendly and we are more than happy to recommend them.

We reached out to Victor, having not previously heard of his business - we found them online. From the very beginning he was really friendly and helpful - and very responsive. HIs price was also very sharp. But best of all, this installation was at my elderly mother's apartment, and he was very kind and patient in dealing with her. And that's gold for me. Would highly recommend Victor's business..!

We have had two aircons installed by ABC Air. Both times the guys were super easy going, helped solve complex problems and were no fuss. Super good value and aircons are working really well.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

I cannot recommend ABC Air highly enough. Victor and Vitaly put in a new Air Con system for us. Our old one died and had not been installed well, so what Victor and Vitaly had to work with in terms of access, removing the old system, existing ducting which had not been installed well, was very challenging, to say the least. They were incredible, very professional, hard working, with every problem they had a solution and kept us informed along the way. Our new system is absolutely brilliant, so quiet and so instant in terms of cooling the rooms. AND they are extremely reasonably priced, particularly for the quality of their work and how they cleaned up after themselves, after such a long day and very big job. You will not regret using their service, they deserve to do very well indeed.

What a great experience dealing with this company. Victor & Vitaly were so efficient and professional. They always arrived on time, responded to any followup questions (email or messages) within the day and did the job in a very timely manner! So happy with the result. And reasonably priced.

Just had our air conditioning installed yesterday by ABC on the recommendation of a friend and very happy with the service they provided. Victor was a good communicator, responding rapidly to texts snd always punctual. There are a lot of cowboys out there but these guys were consummate professionals. Definitely recommend.

Victor and Vitaly are your go-to for air con installation - especially in tricky old federation houses like ours, with a pitched roof and small areas to work in.

We saw them installing air con for all of the neighbours on our street and are so pleased with the recommendation.

Victor is super responsive and really easy to communicate with. Our quote was returned within 24 hours of site inspection and they even installed the unit on a public holiday so we could start warming our room up again!

They were clean, quick and easy. Gave us a quick tutorial on how to use the air con unit, cleaned everything away beautifully.

Victor was recommended to me by a colleague who had recently used him and he didn’t let me down. Victor responded quickly, came when he said he would, determined the fault and went out of his way to get the parts and install them promptly after my ducted aircon completely ceased to function. Very polite, an excellent communicator and very easy to deal with. And the costs were very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend Victor more highly.
