I live in NL. Placed an order of 9 panels. 1 ceiling, 8 wall panels.

They all arrived super well finished and protected. One of the wall panels missed the sawtooth hangers and I got the replacement quickly.

I bought 4 diffusers from these guys. The products are excellently produced, made from birch plywood. I stained and varnished them to make them look better and diffuse a little better too. Delivery was prompt, even to Ireland. Packing was excellent. Overall I'm very pleased.

Ordered 2 bass traps in beige/ brown color tone with black caps. Received them in green/grey color instead. They said that there is no error on their side and the color is exactly as they ordered... lol... (then you have ordered incorrect color, guys!)

Multiple emails, weeks of trying to resolve the problem and eventually they stopped replying at all... Nice customer service what else could I say.

Also need to mention that right after the payment was made, communication started to be totally different. Long replies and not always. When I asked how the problem could be resolved, emails were replied only after a week time and with forwarding of initial mail by me.

The bass traps are ok from price/ performance ration. Probably not the best quality you could get but they do not costs as GIK acoustics, for instance, so it is as it is.

It might worth ordering only black color ones where you cannot go wrong as with all other colors you might have a risk to receive smth totally different as I did.

Wirklich super. Habe mir ja wenig erwartet bei den Preisen, aber das Ergebnis war echt krass einfach. Die Bassfallen sind absolut top, super verpackt, optisch schön (vor allem die Lederoptik) und die Wirkung ist grandios. Danke euch nochmals!!!

I ordered 6 tube traps but only received 5 because Fedex lost one. I have to say that the tubes look nice online but the quality in person is not good in my opinion. The packaging was very good but the tubes themselves are very lumpy - it’s as if the frame is poking through the fabric on all 5 tubes. The tubes are white and in a room with any light they look very low quality. They told me I could iron them but that did nothing. Returning from the US to Poland at my cost is out of the question. You get what you pay for so aware of that if ordering overseas…

J'ai commandé des diffuseurs fin novembre pour un montant de 167€. Le point relais n'a jamais reçu mon colis . J'ai ensuite signé une attestation sur l'honneur à l'entreprise de livraison. J'ai contacté acoustic module pour leur expliquer la situation. Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 8 janvier et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande ni obtenu un remboursement. Ils devaient contacter le livreur avec lesquels il travaillent mais il ne m'ont depuis jamais répondu. Selon le l'article L. 221 - 15 du Code de la consommation c'est au vendeur seul qu'incombe la responsabilité légale de la bonne réception d'un colis. C'est inadmissible de laisser un client dans une telle situation alors qui s'agissait de plus d'une commande pour noel.

mise à jour: Par honnêteté je précise que j'ai finalement reçu mon colis avec un petit geste commercial. Mais quand même 2 mois et demi après avoir passé commande et laissé un message négatif sur ce site.

Support before order was great, I got some custom size and looks for some of the products I've ordered, delivery/shipping (by DPD) was quick, and the product themselves (absorbers, absorbfusers) are just perfect, I am very happy with my purchase.
