Very good company to order from
Very good company to order from. Easy and quick. Good packaging in brown bags. I did receive the wrong item, human error which can happen, but it was very easy to sort out. I rang customer services who were very helpful and dealt with it immediately. I returned the incorrect item via Freepost and I received the correct item 2 days later. Thank you.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I should have received 2 refunds in AUG25 and received neither. chasing this in APR26, one was refunded and then an order I had just made was also refunded (order was cancelled) - I want this order. I have sent to emails requesting a ~Supervisor deals with this issue. No response. This is not looking like a good company to deal with.
