Very swift service
Very swift service, sadly had to return the dress as too big ….but I had already bought the Jyoti dress from your Bath Shop and this was a « making sure » online purchase. Have to say the Bath Shop is a joy - on the sunny side of Broad Street so light-filled, music-free and tranquil! Very pleased with the dress, lovely cotton and quality feel. Very pretty dress with just enough formality for a wedding guest.

I ordered some diamanté flip flops but decided to return them.

Different length sleeves
Beautiful dress but on inspection there is a fault in the fabric which will definitely be a hole after wearing and one sleeve is longer than the other. Definitely returning this. For the price of the clothes I expect perfection.

I love my pure light cotton caftan
I love my pure light cotton caftan. I wear it as resort wear to protect myself from the sun. It is long in length and has long sleeves, but oh so light on the body in the hot sun. I have the turquoise and white print and it looks good too.
I can also dress it up to wear at night.

i have returned this item nearly 2 weeks ago have had no response from yourselves but i paid to have the return tracked and signed for so i know you received and signed for it on 29th April and i am now awaiting my refund as the dress was much to long and to big for me

The lovely orange cardigan I bought and…
The lovely orange cardigan I bought and was so looking forward to receiving started to pill within the first 3 hours of wearing it - burn sides of the front of the sweater from Hugh I. The chest all the way down to waist level!! I buy a lot of cashmere and other soft wools and have to say that this was the fastest any of my sweaters had started pilling ever !! I was truly shocked as I always think if Aspiga as providing quality. I al travelling si cannot go to try store where I tried it on (in a bigger size) and zherr they helped me order it in line until next week so I fear it may be too late to return it. I hope i will be able to return it/. Such a shame as it looked like such a lovely cardigan.

The Haslemere staff are always excellent!
The Haslemere staff are always so helpful & honest with what suits me. I think it was Jenny again. She is not pushy which sends me running for the door, & brings out the right dresses for me to try. The Haslemere store always has a good variety of stock & sizes. I love your sandals, but since breaking both my ankles at once, my feet are quite wide so I have to go to Sole Bliss😢. Most my dresses are good quality but sometimes the material is too flimsy as with the Jyoti I have.
