A quality purchase
I tried on a dress in an Aspiga shop, but needed a smaller size. The dress was sent to my home address and arrived in 2 days. It was a lovely fit and very well made. The material is light, silky to touch and does not crease, so perfect for trips away. Very pleased with my purchase from a quality company.

The first delivery of my dress just left a card, but I would’ve liked to have been given some time schedules for it to be delivered to me again as it is I stayed in today as wasn’t given a time . It was delivered at in the morning

I tried to buy the Astrid Ribbon Print maxi dress in S online. It was out of stock so phoned the Elizabeth Street store in London with my fingers crossed! I spoke with a very helpful, polite lady at customer services regarding two separate purchases - Sorting a return to exchange the sizing of a shirt and a parcel being returned to sender as unable to confirm address on label. I was given a first class service to resolve both problems straight away.

Very good company to order from. Easy and quick. Good packaging in brown bags. I did receive the wrong item, human error which can happen, but it was very easy to sort out. I rang customer services who were very helpful and dealt with it immediately. I returned the incorrect item via Freepost and I received the correct item 2 days later. Thank you.
