Good communication on the process of the order and pricing is competitive.
The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the tracking information not being the same as actual products time of arrival.

Too slow to respond and can't even resolve my problem

I ordered a H7 LED Bulb and the product didn't fit the H7 Housing on my 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I requested to either sent back for refund or they find Me a replacement product that fits my Car. They were very slow to respond and didn't even answer whether I could get a Refund or a Replacement product. Just only replied to me that my Car should be using H11 for Low Beam, but I already confirmed it with a Mechanic Shop that My car uses H7 not H11 because I made that same mistake before. It has taken 2 weeks just talking to this company Customer Service Team and still problem unresolved. Absolutely not going to buy from them again. 😤

They do not fit factory Holden vl commodore wiper arms as they are a pin clip style arm

Fake/dodgy parts!

Bought a knock sensor suit a FZJ80R, after replacing it with this so called oem replacement part, my check engine light came back on for code 52 aka knock sensor fault, swapped it out for a geniune toyota sensor and no issues. Buying from here was a waste of time and money and the description was not as advertised as it did not do what it said it would.
I still have not received an email back from support to issue a return and/or refund.
