I made a warranty claim in December and despite several letters and emails and promises to refund still no payment.I am starting legal proceedings to get my refund.

I wrote to customer support regarding an ongoing issue with my BBQ on the 3rd Jan, as I didn't receive a response I emailed them again on the 10th Jan, on the 11th Jan I received a response from the place I bought the BBQ from and they said that they emailed customer support directly to get back to me. I have yet to hear back from them, I am extremely disappointed.
UPDATE: Still no response from customer support it looks like I will need to go to consumer affairs/ombudsman.

Product purchased end of 2018, table has all bubbling paint called emailed called emailed, website says 3 year warranty however customer service has said no this is only two years tables after 2018 have 3 years. What a waste of money don't purchase any outdoor furniture from them go to Bunnings they have much better customer service and take responsibility for items that don't meet standards. BBQ Galore pay a premium price and get a very low quality product in return

I had the best costumer service provided by Paul at Barbeques Galore Caringbah. Paul was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and assisted me to find the suitable outdoor kitchen I have been looking for. Thank you heaps Paul.
I highly recommend heading to Caringbah for anything you need to buy from Barbeques Galore. Paul is the one you need to ask for to find what you want and to receive the best customer service.

We have placed an order for a Burner on a Cart /cooker and paid a deposit of $300 (total value $699) over five months ago. We heard nothing to this day from BarBeQues Galore, Castle Hill despite leaving a number of message including three emails. Today I called five times, no one answered. We were patient due to COVID but over five months with no response is unacceptable by anyone's standards. We simply needed to know whether the product will be available anytime soon or otherwise we can move on. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. How can they treat their customers with such disrespect. Today I called them yet again four times but the message says "we are open, call later". Now it is 4.50 pm and they are closing soon.

Beyond disappointed with the time to respond, and the quality of response. After waiting a long time and going back and forth I was told to go in store.... during a lockdown....
Poor service and I regret buying something that means I need to deal with or spend any more money at this company.

Ordered a 4 piece lounge setting paid an absorbent delivery fee and only 1/2 the order was delivered have rang several times with numerous promises of getting back to me no one ever does no phone call no EMail no chairs will never deal with them again

This is the best cooking bar b q I have used. Cooks roasts, potato's brilliantly.
Only poor quality is bar b q cover which has deteriorated badly and will under warranty look to have it replaced.
Dont buy Kamado Joe from them…
Bought Kamado Joe from Cheltenham store- had to wait3 months and still they have not delivered the ikamand and cover. This is despite these products being available at other stores. When I made a complaint , they cancelled my order, suggested i was being difficult and advised i should buy it online and hung up.
Id suggest buy a big green egg from someone else as bbq galore have exclusive distribution of kamado joe and the service ive experienced from them has been completely unsatisfactory.

Half order delivered and account deleted.
Placed an order on the 17th of may and only half was delivered. Waited 2 weeks, go to log in and my account is non existent. Can't log in. Can't reset password. Can't track my order using email and order number. Contacted Technical Support via website and no response. Contacted them on Facebook to be told they looked in to it and it appears I signed for my order. Didn't address my issue of my account no longer being there, or the fact only half was delivered. Even my shipping invoice shows part of the order being sent.
