Had sewage water leaking all over the apartment, a complete nightmare, and BDS came very quickly to solve the issue! The engineers were super friendly and kept me constantly updated on how things were progressing, which made me feel comfortable that the issue was going to be solved. As they work fast, are friendly and very professional I would highly recommend BDS to anyone who needs emergency help with their drainage!

Honestly, this company is a life saviour. They come out at any time, and I mean ANY TIME. They are very respectful of the premises and have really fun chats. They are very flexible with each costumer. If you want to know detail by detail of what has happened with the plumbing, they'll explain it. If you simply want to sit down and have it all sorted out, they won't bother you. They know their stuff and they make sure to get it done.

Communication with their costumer service is good too. If Im ever in need of a drainage specialist, I'll always call them!

Communication was excellent. BDS came out that same day sending two wonderful engineers to sort out the problem. Harry and Jack explained everything clearly, showed me in detail what the issue was and sorted out the blockage with care, dedication and professionalism.
This was the second time I have used BDS and I highly recommend them.

I am afraid my experience is nothing like the many good reviews on this company. We had a sink blockage, we got a local guy who dismantled pipework under sink but clearly did not know what he was doing so my wife showed him the door. Then we got BDS. Two guys spent two hours here, used a vacuum pump for a few minutes and then said they had cleared the blockage but couldn't reassemble the pipework the first guy had dismantled. They went off to get parts and said they would have to return the following day. They persuaded my wife to hand over £350 as part payment of a bill that totalled £576 (!). I came back from work, reassembled the pipework myself and then found the blockage had not been cleared at all. I rang BDS and told them not to come back and got another guy in, who had been recommended locally, who got it all fixed in an hour. I asked BDS for half my money back (£175) which to their credit they paid promptly.

First time I have used this company and I couldn’t praised them enough. I have had an ongoing issue with a block man hole in my garden which I have had other companies previously attended which could not solve the problem. BDS resolved the problem in under an hour would highly recommend

I couldn’t give this company the review they deserve. They have gone above and beyond any expectation. I called them out to my elderly mother who had a blocked drain just outside the back door. The blockage was surveyed using cctv where they found a broken pipe. The job was completed that day. Again thank you all for your amazing service!

Friendly and honest engineers (Jack and Rich) did a great job, unblocking a gully in 20 mins with rods. Impressed with the updates on their progress to me before arrival. Clear and transparent description of the costs up front. 5 stars!

Am sure BDS are great for sewage blocked drains but don't understand why they advertise garden drainage. Not at all impressed with Scott who seemed to give a quote off the top of his head and was in too much of a rush to answer a few questions. I asked for someone else to come to the property and they didnt bother to turn up. I then got a call asking me to pay an invoice when I hadn't had any work done. Tried to speak to a manager but no one bothered to call back. Waste of time and very unhelpful and unprofessional in my experience.

Unprofessional, dishonest and not transparent about the pricing. Had a very simple issue of unblocking the drain. A job that should take 30 min for one person took 4 hrs for the two guys that came! They never explained that I would need to pay per person. The bill ended up being £1500 for unblocking one outside drain.
On top of that the next day we realised it wasn't our drain but the neighbors that was blocked. Of course the guys didn't report that no serious blockage happened.
They also managed to argue with two different neighbors and were aggressive both to me and the neighbors. I felt threatened.
It sounds like my experience is not unique looking at the other one star reviews. Avoid. There are so many more effective, cheaper and nicer plumbers. Don't trust these guys

Dean came to help with a drainage issue that was causing me a lot of stress especially as I have 2 young children. I have a septic tank so I was very concerned. Dean was so helpful and friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly which was to do with the pump. I am very grateful to him for the care he showed and the way he worked so hard even battling through brambles. Thanks Dean

Discovered a very smelly overflowing drain, outside in the back garden. Contacted BDS Drainage and arranged for someone to come out to us ASAP.
Dean attended to sort out that problem and what a diamond he was. After an hours very hard graft by Dean it was sorted. I must say that Dean was so professional and knowledgable and answered every question I asked.
Great service and Dean is a credit to BDS.

This is the 1st time using bds due to the flooding we had in our basement flat in north London they carried out an amazing job de contaminated the whole flat removing them installing a pump pit and alarm system over 2 days and nights so us and our tennents can now keep track of it all meet 3 brilliant and knowledgeable engineersScott , David and dean keep up the good work highly recommend for anyone who needs drainage help

Scott is amazing! After siting in all day waiting for another contractor to turn up, only for them to cancel at the 11th hour, I calls BDS and they got Scott over that evening.

We called out BDS after a blockage in our water system. We were visited by Bill who was efficient and sorted the job very quickly. Thank you BDS!

Completely ripped-off my landlord to the tune of £700. Firstly did not come the day booked. Also arrived late the next day. Used endoscope to diagnose broken underground pipe with vermin nesting nearby. Forced off inspection cover and left it with a crudely improvised bit of pipe offcut over it (that leaked) and (apparently) some bait stuck inside (which nothing touched). They were here LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR and charged £700+!!!!!! For a quick diagnosis and no fix. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Never came and never even rang. I booked an emergency drain clearance and they said they were busy but would be there that evening. I never ever heard another word from them. Even the next day all I got was an answer machine. Completely useless firm, They are making so much money they simply have no concern at all for customer service. I was helped out in the end by a very concerned local plumber who cares about his customers, unlike BDS drainage.
