I have bought phone cases online before and been disappointed due to the fit colour et cetera however a completely different story with case monkey I’m absolutely delighted with their non-yellowing see-through magnetic case for my iPhone 11. It enhances the phone and protects it.

This leather magnetic flip case is a great accompaniment to my iPhone. Keeps it secure and protected, leather has a nice quality feel with a range of colours to identify our various phones. Useful storage compartments inside. Recommend

Customer service is rubbish, companies don’t care about the people that make them money.
Don’t waste your time money and efforts on case monkey. Try Torro that was where I purchased a very nice case straight after the case monkey debacle better cases, better customer service and delivered the very next day.

2 items ordered, one delivered within days and the other, the expensive product, a no show.
Multiple emails sent and over 2 hours on a webchat with no response from anyone. Tracking does not give any info so feel like I have been robbed. Very bad experience so be warned.

screen protector was pathetic, should of saved a few quid and used clingfilm!!!!!

Sent an item out two weeks late and then the courier left it hanging out the door and I never received the item. Then ensued the most unhelpful customer service who acknowledged the mistake and then changed their minds. Endless emails which has left me out of pocket and without a case. Would rate less if possible.

I ordered an iPhone 16 case. Could not press the left and right hand button simultaneously.
Pat and customer service was brilliant and ordered a replacement straight away.
Unfortunately, the second phone had the same problem but after a few weeks, it seems to loosen the buttons and now the buttons work 50% of the time but improving. I quite like the case and feel the quality is pretty good.
I will persevere backed up by Pat!
