It's been pathetic so far. I had placed an order on the 20th of November and it's been 2 weeks and I have got no response from the team.

All I have got is speaking to bots on a WhatsApp chat and I never expected this from CaseMonkey.

The Acceptable Face of the 'Granny Case'
Despite offering much better protection, my generation are derided for using enclosed wallet-style 'granny cases' while the youth opt for a more open, minimally protected look. Bearing this in mind, I decided to at least seek a smarter option, and the Case Monkey Magnetic Flip Soft Leather Wallet Case is a huge step forward: it is still protective but tactile, elegant, understated and almost cool. No horrible colours, no peeling plastic flaps, just subtle soft leather and a gentle magnetic closure. Still a granny, but now with confidence and style!

An absolutely fantastic case, just ordered our 3rd one. They fit snugly on the S24FE without making it feel amy bigger to hold like some other covers do. Cannot recommend the case ans service enough. Thank you.

Not a great experience with this company - a few months ago I ordered a case and waited a couple of weeks for delivery - when I got in touch they said that the item was out of stock and they cancelled the order. Annoying.
In August I ordered a case with a strap attached and last week it broke - it was the loops that attach the strap to the case that broke - it’s just really poor quality and an item that isn’t really fit for purpose.

I am pleased to share a five-star review. The customer service and the speed of email responses concerning my order were truly outstanding. Although Royal Mail unfortunately misplaced and delayed my parcel, the CaseMonkey team was incredibly helpful and understanding, which greatly improved the overall experience. Furthermore, I must emphasize that the phone case and screen protector themselves are exceptional, being both stylish and highly effective.

The phone case I received wouldn't work contactless payment don't know if it was a fault with the case but they sent out a replacement straight away so 👍to case monkey.

They don't even need a single star. Ordered phone grip one month ago. Still no response from them.

More than disappointed with the quality of the case for the price. You can buy the exact same case on tiktok or temu for around 80% cheaper. So if you want a case that falls apart after a couple days then this is for you.

Great customer service, placed my ordered with a wrong address , they promptly contacted me and updated the correct address, once delivered by royal mail my ordered has been lost /stolen, when I wanted to place a new order, they offered me replacement without a payment. Easy and quick communication from their customer service team as well 👌

Misleading Listings, Appalling Customer Service – Avoid Case Monkey!

I ordered a Z Fold 5 case from Case Monkey after seeing it listed as “in stock.” That turned out to be a complete lie. They took my money instantly, only to refund it two weeks later without explanation. No product, no communication—just silence.

I sent multiple polite emails asking for clarification and requested that my concerns be escalated to management. Not one response. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment. Just flat-out ignored. For a company that claims to care about customers, this is horrific service.

It’s upsetting to be misled and dismissed like this. If you’re thinking of buying from Case Monkey, be warned: unless you enjoy waiting weeks for a refund and being ghosted by customer service, don’t bother. Their “in stock” label is a bait-and-switch, and their communication is non-existent.

I’m deeply disappointed and still waiting for someone—anyone—from management to take responsibility. Until then, I’ll be warning others: Case Monkey is not worth your time, money, or trust.
