I had ordered the incorrect case size, only recognising that I had done so when it arrived. This was to be a birthday gift due to be presented 3 days later. I contacted Case Monkey who were extremely helpful. They offered to send the correct product out by next day delivery immediately upon receipt of my re-order which they duly did. The package arrived the next day well in time to be presented on the day.
The refund of the unwanted order was processed swiftly and furthermore, I was not charged for the special delivery.

The item arrived safely and in good condition. The phone case fits well and appears durable, but only time will tell how long it lasts.

This case was delivered on time (10 days as expected) and fits my iPhone 15 perfectly. It is much grippier than the bare phone so will reduce chance of phone slipping out of my hand.

Case for iPhone 16 was delivered on time, fitted the phone without any struggle to get it on and was just what I was looking for!

Unfortunately it seems that after a song and dance about how purchasing from this business “helps support local” doesn’t mean anything other than an excuse for
Poor service.

When I originally purchased an iPhone 16pro max case and screen protector around 6 months ago I wasn’t informed the case wasn’t in stock. Therefore recieved my order days apart, quite frustrating when you’re trying to protect your new phone.

Anyway, 6 months on and the case itself has completely detached on the one side from the rear. Substandard.

I did reach out to case monkey a few days ago but they haven’t graced me with a response therefore I feel it necessary to leave this review.

Support local they say.. this is why the large companies with next day delivery continue to thrive. Shame

Edit: In response to the businesses reply. I’ve not requested a replacement product nor made any reference or comment in relation to an expectation of free product replacement. Ironically an email response which contained my original order number was finally given after I had taken to Trustpilot to share my experience.

In my initial email that wasn’t replied to, I simply shared my experience as feedback. I standby the comments and would have expected the product to have at least lasted 12 months as many of my other cases have.

Good customer service and products. We have purchased 2 phone cases, 2 windscreen phone holders and a couple of charging plugs. Each order was recieved in good condition and after a slight delay on one order due to stock, I had a good communication experience and follow up from Case Monkey customer service until the item arrived.

An absolute joke of a company. Do not trust them, the products are way too expensive for what they are and it takes forever to arrive. Purchased a screen protector and it cracked in a day without me ever dropping my phone, just literally out of nowhere. Complained and simply got ignored. Then when the case finally arrived I wanted to return it but then had to pay myself to return it! Absolute joke of a company, never buying anything from them ever again. Customer service is appalling.

Super fast delivery! Genuine apple iPhone case. Can’t compliment enough - would give 6 stars if I could!

I received the correct phone case for the phone wrong, it also arrived bent and they refuse to allow me to return/ refund! They are acting illegally. I will have to go through my bank to reverse the payment and report them. It is a waste of my time and energy but it is about the principle, they shouldn't treat customers like this. I have seen from their other reviews, this happens way too many times.

Very good customer service,questions answered quickly. And gvery good quality item. Highly recommend!

Brilliant company to deal with. Made my first purchase and wasn’t disappointed, delivered in good time and very good quality cases. My new iPhone is now fully protected. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I needed a phone case before I went away realised I had probably ordered it a bit late I emailed and Pat at cusyomered service helped me out and got the case sent the next day. The case fits perfectly rounds over the top of my Samsung S24 ultra. Looks amazing definitely recommend A**.

Bought what was supposed to be a premium quality phone case. The coating starting peeling off immediately and the magnet fell off a few days later. Ignored my attempts to contact them. Avoid and go to a proper shop.

I ordered a case on the 24th July, there was a glitch on their site and the colour I thought I ordered didn't register. As soon as I realised (2 seconds later) I immediately emailed them to say please send a different colour. they didn't answer me for days, I have been messaged this evening and they haven't corrected the order and nor have I received the erroneous case....ridiculously slow customer service and they don't read all your emails properly. So I still have no case and pretty sure they are sending the wrong colour..

Customer service was great. I placed an order and realised a mistake I had made. I emailed the company, Pat replied quickly and updated my order, I received within 2 days. Thank you!

Magtec Compatible (NOT) Compatible ...also offered a refund and free replacement but the replacement never materialised!

The case came quickly, it was reasonably priced and the quality is good. I was also impressed by the thank you card included. I will definitely be shopping with them again.
