I found the case i ordered first class an as described, no issues with it at all

Further to my last review the company have been back in touch and have sent out a new phone case and have informed me that they do not need me to post back the original wrong order. I will reserve comments I made earlier as they now seem eager to resolve my issues. I will update once I receive replacement order

Finally, a case that’s tough but doesn’t look like a tank! The grip on this thing is unreal—no more near-misses when texting one-handed. And the raised edges saved my screen when I face-planted my phone on concrete. CaseMonkey for the win!

Excellent case for my iPhone 15plus, nice fit, great to handle, been dropped a couple of times and no damage to either phone or case, fast and efficient service and delivery , very pleased with the product and the company is an easy recommendation 👍

Cases look great online but had to wait ages for delivery and chased them twice asking where my case was. On arrival it was just okay I would say but a bit flimsy looking . A few weeks in and the back is peeling off. Have emailed them but they don’t make it easy to contact them and over 15 wait for online chat. Waiting to hear back from them

I ordered a case for my Samsung. Took a little while to come, but I had an email explaining this and came faster than the email said. I was concerned by the trust pilot reviews. However, what arrived was great, stylish, quality good, as described. Minus one star for parcel tracking not working. Product good.

I ordered a grey case for my sons birthday and had a bit of trouble getting it delivered quick chat with customer service and a lovely person called pat sent out a free case and issued a refund for the lost case lovely staff always willing to help will definitely come back in future

Very poor quality product. The green finish is coming off on the edges showing white plastic. It looks lousy after a few weeks of use.

Ordered case and screen protector a week ago, received dispatch email next day saying "order coming from UK warehouse...1-3 days."
Haven't heard anything since. No tracking number. No reply from customer service email or "live chat". Should have researched company before ordering after seeing the reviews on here. A lesson learned.
