Would not use. Refused to take any responsibility with an issue I had with the collection and delivery of my new vehicle.

This is my second car from Central contracts and it was efficient and simple, like the first time. Richard Hughes is very helpful and takes the worry out of the transaction with his true professionalism.

Katy was helpful and always got back to me on any queries that I had. She also assisted me in getting my car polished and valeted as a goodwill gesture.

Great service, would highly recommend.

Compared to other leasing companies, The image of pushy salesman has never been a better explanation. Dreadful customer service, with only their best interest at heart.

Could not think of a worse lease company to use.

Absolutely horrendous service. Avoid!!!!!! Rude, arrogant staff that scam you out of money. Don't get back to you. Wouldn't recommend. Run whilst you can!!!

Shocking service, try to rip you off, worst sales staff and do not do there due diligence checks before hand.

My first experience of leasing a car and I found Sarah to be very helpful, professional and courteous when discussing my requirements for a Nissan Qashqai. The process was easy to follow and I received my vehicle earlier than expected. For my first time leasing they made the experience very satisfying and i would recommend them.

2ND Lease, Katie Barber once again, constantly in contact on updates. Response when contacted excellent as usual. Process from order to delivery I cannot fault. 9 times out of ten Katie answered the phone. When busy she always called back asap. I would highly recommend Central Contracts (Katie Barber) ps the whole team made the process easy and service can't be faulted.

Dealt with Nat Machin very friendly and efficient.
The transaction went smoothly with no hiccups.
The delivery driver was also very accommodating and friendly.

I have leased three cars through Lease Car now, dealing with Katy Barber each time who has been absolutely fantastic! She was really helpful and informative and I thoroughly recommend her and Leaae Car.

I have leased a car 3-4 times now and so far these have been the worse to deal with.
No one returns emails or calls.
Encountered a problem with a chip windscreen on delivery. Now it seems I have to go out my way to get it fixed.
Johnathan was nice to deal with in the beginning but now lack of response.

Quick, informative, transparent and fairly cheap. Ashley Dale, Francesca Turnock and Jodie Norris were all very helpful and professional.

My initial enquiry was with a gentleman named Johnathan. Extremely helpful he never made me feel like he was selling anything. Took time out to go through the car specification and finance options. Lesser is a company I will definitely be recommending to anyone I know who wants to Lease. Excellent customer experience so far!

The car we ordered took over a year to arrive which caused a few problems (6 months of late hire agreement plus purchase of substitute vehicle etc etc.) however it is fair to say this was no fault of Central Contracts and Ashley Dale was helpful, professional and courteous throughout.
When we ordered the car the salesman assured me the car would be delivered within two months which, looking back, I suspect he must have known was not realistic. Had we known from the start that we'd have been waiting over a year we definitely would not have gone ahead with an EV and perhaps looked a petrol alternative that would have been available sooner.
That said, we now have it and it is awesome.

Me and my partner had a vehicle from Scott, he was absolutely spot on. The vehicle was delayed 12 months which was no fault of there own, however he kept me in the loop on what was going on. Cheers Scott, top man.

I have had a very positive experience with central contracts, we were assisted by Kate Barber throughout who was always on hand to answer any questions and give us advise, the new car arrived and it was immaculate and just as expected, the car was delivered on time also, I would recommend this company and Kate is a credit to them.

Leased a Vauxhall Corsa...its arrived with a young lad having driven 196 miles in it and the car was so dirty we could not inspect. Sent him away to clean the brand new car!!!!! Called Central Contracts to be told this is how they deliver. I was never told and assumed wrongly they would deliver on a trailer. Always read the very small print. Plenty of other companies out there, use them.
