Good Lacquer & Good Price
The Lacquer (single pack acrylic) came and I expected it to be ready for the gun but it is twice as thick as I have used with past lacquers from other places so had to thin it down. This is not a bad thing because it means that you get twice as much and the price was very good! I will use them again.

Unfortunately my paint never arrived
Unfortunately my paint never arrived. Evri (the delivery firm used by Central Paints) provided a picture of a front door and a Mountain Warehouse package. This was sufficient for Central Paints to decide that their paint had been delivered. Evri have confirmed that the package is lost. Central Paints cannot be contacted by phone if the order is made online and have been unhelpful over email.
I have had to seek recovery of the payment via my bank.
Be warned, if you have any issues with delivery (and I suspect any other issues, perhaps with paint or colour match for example), Central Paints are unlikely to help you.

A easy efficient service
A easy efficient service. I received my paint sample promptly and happy with ease of use. The UPVC paint flowed easily with almost no visible brush marks. I think it is a nice quality paint.

Waited 12 days and no delivery!…
Ordered first on 12th November unfortunately they use EVRI and they lost it. Central wouldn’t resend so had refund and re-order 18th November, guess what EVRI lost (or stole it??). Central refused refund and wanted me to wait on an open ended EVRI response which was unacceptable as I had been waiting for 12 days already. Luckily paid through PayPal and escalated through them and they gave me an immediately refund. Why Central could not do this as it was obvious that it was lost. Poor customer treatment.

Not as advertised
I have recently purchased Volkswagen Atlas Grey from their website centralpaints.co.uk (yes they are the same company!)
when calling them due to an issue they said I would need to email them.
I did this and I was not offered much in the way of support for paint that is clearly not Atlas Grey! Not very professional
