I am very familiar with City and Guilds as i work in compliance for a college and the Guilds are one of the bigger providers that we use. Their website and online Walled Garden system are easy to use. We have a great relationship with our Account Manager Krishna. I often use the online chat function for Quality queries and the team are very helpful. All in all i enjoy working with C&G in my current role in FE.

The whole team at C&G has been instrumental in supporting us as a provider to enable our learners to achieve and succeed. Teaching staff are well supported by technical advisors, the quality team, EQAs, and moderators, ensuring that teaching, learning, and assessment are delivered to a consistently high standard. C&G is proactive in keeping us informed of updates, changes, CPD opportunities, and communities of practice, which further supports our continuous improvement.

Laura consistently helps us cut through what can sometimes feel like bureaucracy, particularly when we need to move swiftly for any reason. Her approach ensures that we are able to keep students at the centre of everything we do.
