No Response and Awful customer service.

I bought 5 chairs from here and sent them back as instructed for a refund. It has been a month and they have been delivered for weeks. I’ve received no refund and they are not answering my message's. Terrible and slow customer service. I have now started a dispute with my bank.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We extend our sincerest apologies for your experience. We fully understand your frustration at not receiving a refund over a month after returning five chairs, compounded by the inability to reach us, which must have made you feel your concerns were not being addressed. This falls far short of the service standards we strive to deliver.

Upon verification, our team did indeed respond to your message on 9th September requesting the return tracking numbers, but we did not receive a reply from you. Should that email have failed to reach you or if there was any subsequent communication oversight, I sincerely apologise.

The reason for requesting the tracking number is that the warehouse processes hundreds of parcels daily. The tracking number is the sole means of quickly and accurately locating your parcel. Without this information, we are unable to confirm receipt and process your refund.

We regret to learn that you feel initiating a dispute with your bank is the only recourse. We would be most grateful to resolve this matter directly with you.

Should you provide the tracking numbers, we shall personally ensure your parcels are located and process your refund on the same day.

We fully acknowledge that our service has fallen short of your expectations and solemnly pledge immediate rectification. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

It’s been a very disappointing and…

It’s been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I was told my order had been dispatched on 22nd Sept. But, unfortunately, what I failed to realise was that my order had been split and were scheduled for delivery with 2 different companies. Whilst the first package was received on time with no issues. 7 days later, I am still waiting for the completion of my order, which on Friday, I was notified would be delivered on Monday 29th Sept. Several unsuccessful calls later, on the delivery website is it now saying that my parcel is at the delivery depot and will be added to the next available driver's route.

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. Really comfortable bar stools & they look really good too.
Very simple to order via the website, excellent communication regarding delivery & arrived on time.

First time. Buyer and won't be the last

First time buying chairs from here and would not hesitate to buy in the furniture..from placing order I was updated at every stage, had wee hiccups but that was rectified immediately.Got to say this company's service and customer service is second to none ..one of best company's I've dealt with ...5star excellent

Dining chairs

I ordered 4 dining chairs and 1 of them had a slight tear in. I contacted customer service and straight away they sent me a replacement and the new chairs were delivered in 2 days! Customer service was amazing. They were so prompt and dealt with the issue straight away! The chairs are also beautiful, at such a great price!! I will definitely be ordering from here again! ☺️

I love my chairs

I love my chairs! Good quality, delivery was straightforward and good packaging. Assembly was required, but no hassle. Transformed the look of my kitchen. Wear and tear to be seen.

Good service undernined by poor quality control

I bought two bar stools, delivered on time as promised. However they could not be assembled with the screws provided because of the thickness of the upholstery. I got an excellent response from Customer Service but in the end it was quicker for me to go to B&Q and buy longer screws than wait for a response from the manufacturer in China.

We particularly appreciate your acknowledgement of our customer service team's prompt response. However, we fully understand that the proposed solution failed to meet your expectations for efficiency, ultimately necessitating your visit to a local shop to resolve the issue. We deeply regret this outcome.

Your feedback has been forwarded directly to our Product Management team. We have now optimised our solution by dispatching replacement parts directly from our UK warehouse to UK customers to expedite issue resolution. Concurrently, our Quality Control team has been instructed to enhance inspection protocols to prevent recurrence of such incidents.

Would recommend

Chairs arrived very quickly, easy to assemble and look great. The fabric feels really good quality but also easy to clean which is a big plus for us with three kids who loved sitting up at the breakfast bar having their cereal!
Will probably buy the dining chairs to match.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

Due to a previous review I was given the opportunity to win a fabulous FREE gift. The customer service was personal and efficient, as they confirmed all of the practical details. I a am extremely pleased with the quality and practicality of the gift. I was given a choice of colour options too, so it fits within the decor of the room. More than that, the customer service show a desire to improve their service and asked me what I’d like to see in their next range! Fantastic.
