delivery arrived , parts missing and damage

delivery arrived , part open box
both chairs enclosed but unfortunately no fixing pack for chair no1
no2 chair has scuff on rear very disapointed as quality seems good

sent several emails asking for issue to be corrected but no such luck

we ordered 2 chairs as to see what they was like as we needed 6 originally

Whilst ordered items delivered came…

Whilst ordered items delivered came separate occasions i accept that could be due to busy season for deliveries so unable to review fairly from order to delivery. That said i dont think it was more than 4 weeks in total.
The seabold table came first (without chairs) and is everything and more than the pictures show. Its beautiful and looks more expensive than ad price. I had been wanting a farmhouse table but decided to give this a go as thought if i decide to swap in future at least I havnt spent hundreds. But the table is going nowhere as I love it. I chose the moree swivel chairs so be.mindful if you choose the swivel type which I think? But havnt checked may be wider legged than the standard non swivel as they do not fit x2 side by side underneath table. Nor do they fit underneathat table head but require positioning on an angle. Igot the 120cm seabold and didnt occurr to me to check this issue.re fitting underneath table when ordering. But it looks fine but does stop the chairs fitting flush under table so takes up more space. Ihave thought I could exchange for next size up the 140cm but have decided against. Maybe I will regret this in future but for now I am pleased with the aesthetics. It was about a week later(as not feeling like want to check exact dates) when the first x2 of 4 chairs arrived. The chairs are lovely and the swivel action great allowing to get from table without needing push chair backwards...does just what I intended them to do. However...one of the chairs had a piece of metal protruding through the back of seat/backrest. It was like a screw but wasnt a screw? Like a pin of some sort with screw dimensions. I thought that if I could 'trim' it with wire cutters that would solve the issue but unfortunately didnt and remained with a whilst now smaller piece was still protruding. I t was very sharp and an injury risk. Idid in fact pluck a jumper and cut my finger but nothing requiring anything other than home treatment.
Now for some positive...the after sales customer service was excellent and following my uploading images to email the matter was dealt with promptly.
I would have no hesitation of buying from clipop again and would recommend this company and have done to family/friends. I am very pleased with the table and chairs.

Product arrived without fixings

Product arrived without fixings. Incorrect replacements sent twice and I’m still unable to use the chair. Disappointing

Avoid….. poor service and damaged items

All 8 items arrived poorly packaged resulting in all items being damaged. We paid extra for shipping protect but was only offered £100 to keep the items. We don’t want the items they are damaged. We spent nearly £500 and would like these collected and replaced or a full refund. You response times are too slow and we get 1 or 2 replies a week. Unacceptable. We have raised this with our bank to reclaim the money

Good Customer Service

Ordered some chairs which came quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately they weren’t quite what I wanted but spoke to customer services and returning for a refund was fairly straightforward.

Easy shopping experience

Easy shopping experience, dining chairs arrived in perfect time. Easy to assemble the legs to the chairs. Incredibly happy and wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.

Great sturdy chairs

Great sturdy chairs, very stylish and comfortable. The price was competitive. Customer service was excellent t when I had a problem with the courier. Definitely will be ordering from Clipop in the future.

Would love to give a 5 star, as vanity not damaged...would of been fab! customer service was really helpful tho an have assured me I will get an new one when back in stock. I would then give 5 star.
