I just want to talk about how great the customer service is. I ordered two costumes and they were excellent quality and we should get some use out of them. When a sale came up for balance boards I couldn't find one that was advertised. The customer service chat went above and beyond and created an order for me to get this for my kid's Christmas gift. I was even able to add items to get the free shipping. Quality products and quality customer service. Doesn't get any better than that!

Cocovillage has always provided me with kind and helpful customer service. I love everything about this company, especially the toys, school bags and everything else.

So far my card has been charged 4 extra times and I think there was a glitch in the website when I placed my order so I can’t fully review until I hear back. I sent an email in but they are offline so I’m hopefully going to get all of this sorted out as soon as I get a chance to talk with customer service. I will be back on here to leave a more accurate review after that. I am excited about the toys we ordered for gifts! I love the look of everything online.

Website is cute and seems to have a lot of cute stuff. Just ordered for the first time, so I can’t say anything about the quality. Just wanted to say that the shipping cost is definitely too much and it won’t make me come back and buy more stuff.

I am not thrilled that it’s been a week and I have received no updates on tracking. Feeling like I should cancel my order and get a refund. If you’re ordering a bed I would not recommend ordering from this website. I should’ve placed my order with a different company. I thought this would be a seamless experience and it doesn’t seem to be the case.

The bed frame is very cute! It came pretty quickly. I just wish it was more sturdy. The bed has already started breaking and falling apart and I haven’t even had it for a year yet. Already needing to get him a new one.

I have yet to receive any of my items or tracking Info … it’s been weeks

I’ve bought three things and had issues with each one. First it was a bed. Missing pieces and dinged up. They offered a gift card (not for price of bed). Then I ordered a bike and it came chipped and missing a big piece needed to put it together. They said it will be 3-4 weeks to get us the part. I ordered a helmet to match the bike and it never showed up. They refunded that. I’m just don’t and decided it’s not a quality stuff.

Coco Village has the cutest toys! My kids love them & I can always find great gifts for nieces and nephews too!

Very disappointed that it has been almost a week since I placed my order and still no shipping/tracking info. Won’t be ordering again

I just placed the order, so I'm not sure as to the quality of the item or anything, but the item looks cute online and the website worked fine. Shipping cost is a bit high, but to be fair, I don't know where the item is located exactly since the website says Canada is where items are designed and then made "abroad"

We have a few toys from them and they all are so cute. They colors last. Im obsessed with wood toys & they are just perfect. Cocovillage has amazing customer service as well. I recommend them they are amazing.

We have the 2 n 1 balance bike and it’s a really great product. I got it for her when she was about 20 months old and she has mastered it with 3 wheels and I am about to convert it to the 2 wheels. It’s great quality and really all of coco village products are. She is getting taller so I will be upgrading her bike soon & sticking with the coco village bike line. You can’t go wrong with any of their products.
