We joined this cooking class as a couple, not knowing exactly what to expect… and we left feeling like we had just spent an evening with friends from all over the world.

There were two other couples with us, one from Australia and one from Belgium, and what could have been just a shared activity turned into something much more special. By the end of the night, we were all laughing, talking, and enjoying each other’s company as if we had known one another for years.

Enza and Antonio have a rare gift: they don’t just host, they truly connect people. The whole evening felt natural, relaxed, and full of genuine warmth. Nothing was forced, everything simply flowed.

A special mention goes to their daughter, who is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, confident, and speaks incredible English, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable for everyone.

And then there are Jambo and Speedy (their dog and cat) who perfectly reflect the spirit of the family: sweet, friendly, and full of personality. They added such a lovely, homey touch to the whole experience.

Of course, the food was delicious, and making pasta together was fun and engaging, but what really stayed with us is the feeling of the evening. It wasn’t just a cooking class, it was a moment of connection, laughter, and pure joy.

Four beautiful hours with Enza were one of the true highlights of our trip to Italy. We learned how to cook orecchiette and macaroni. Antonio the husband let us try some fantastic wine. Absolutely not to be missed if you come to Lecce
