Order cancelled
Just found out my order was cancelled. Ordered on Dec 1st and it has taken them 16 days to tell me there is no stock. Hoping they refund me the whole amount including shipping. Judging from these reviews, Crocs is a shit company to deal with.

Customers must pay to return shoes and crocs count on small values to avoid accc ruling.
Being in vic means can’t report to nsw fair trading.

Order cancelled with no warning and no offer of alternative replacements
Placed an order for Christmas as a gift in the last week of November, Crocs and charms. Order was confirmed via email, shipping confirmed via email. Parcel arrived a week and a half later, no crocs, only charms. Double checked order confirmation and shipping info. Found out part of the order was cancelled (crocs), no explanation as to why in the email, just that 0 quantity was shipped, partial order cancelled. Rang customer service to find out what happened, apparently there was no stock available. Was emailed a voucher as 'compensation', and when I queried whether the same thing would happen again, ordering an in stock size and style, then suddenly it being out of stock when due to be packaged and shipped and having the order cancelled with no notice, no email saying this is out of stock, here's what's available please choose a replacement, the customer service representative couldn't give me an answer or guarantee that re-ordering would go smoothly, they just said it could happen again and to keep trying with a different style or colour. I explained it was intended as a gift for christmas so I would need for the order to be fulfilled and not cancelled again and they couldnt seem to understand what the priblem was, just kept repeating to use the voucher and keep trying. Went back to the website to have a look and potentially re-order. The shoe I originally ordered was still showing in stock on the website. Decided against purchasing online again and paid full price for a pair in a local stockist.
Ordered 3 baya crocks
Ordered 3 baya crocks, took money then delivered 1 short. Said sold out, select another type. Both types wanted sold out also. No mention of return money. NEVER again.

This is possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I placed an order, put my shipping address in but when I selected apple pay, it had an old shipping address that overrided the current address I typed in. Crocs website says you have 30 minutes to cancel your order. I was on live chat asking them to either change my shipping address or cancel my order so I could resubmit it. The chat representative, Mercedes, was painfully slow in responding, unhelpful and rude. They closed the chat without even asking if I was ready for it to be closed and lied to my face saying that they couldn’t cancel it even though it had not been 30 minutes because I contacted them immediately after the order was placed. Useless support, useless website and useless backend system. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them at all, not trustworthy. If I could give zero stars I would.
WORST RETURN/ REFUND
Bought a bigger size, return it the day i tried. After 20 days called for the refund,they said they just started to process it and wait another 10 days.
Chat is terrible, keep on logging out, keep repeating my problem.
Note if you're not sure about your size don't buy anymore or else just think you'll giving them your money and item back coz their refund /return is the worst. You need to pay for your return.
Just to add up i bought 3 pairs and after paying no receipt no , invoice, no emails, even in my account nothing. Ask the customer service and doesn't know anything. All the information i needthey are asking back to me.

The overall experience was unpleasant that the products didn’t feel worth it anymore.
I ordered two advent calendars but received only one in the mail. Emailed Crocs about the missing item and provided clear proof - including photos of the parcel (showing the box could only fit one calendar) and screenshots from AusPost detailing the weight of the parcel was half of what’s on printed on Croc’s shipping label.
Despite this, Crocs took forever to respond and claimed after a “thorough investigation” that the correct quantity was picked and shipped and in their exact words they will “make a one-time exception and issue a reshipment for the missing item.” It felt like they were implying this is out of their goodwill and I was trying to get something for free.
I understand that mistakes happen but it’s pretty obvious that the incorrect quantity was shipped. I did not appreciate the response and it is unacceptable to be made to feel dishonest. After all I was just trying to get what I actually paid for.
I will no longer be ordering from Crocs Online store because it is not worth to have to fight to prove to get what you actually paid for.
I don’t love the new clog feel or sizing.
I have owned crocs since 2005. Love them. I have recently purchased 2 new pairs of classics. They don’t feel like the usual crocs. They’re harder. They’re smaller. They don’t have the spongy feel. I’m not fussed on the new feel. I should have bought a $10 Aldi or Kmart pair.

Crocs Australia is by far the worst company I have ever shopped with. I was sent the wrong items, customer service was a joke and none of them knew what they were doing, I received the wrong goods, refused a refund. Stay away and do not shop with them
Incorrect sizing and diabolical customer service.
Bought a pair of Crocs that run significantly smaller than any other Crocs I own (Classic, slides etc) - an entire size smaller in fact. I contacted Crocs about this and their solution was for me to pay postage to return them, then buy another pair and pay postage to receive them in the "correct" size. This would have meant I'd spent $30+ on postage to remedy their sizing issue. I explained I'd since read others reviews also saying they run small & that it seems like it's a manufacturing error on their behalf, to which they acknowledged that their sizes can be different. After threatening to leave a bad review they offered to send me another pair in the same size I'd already purchased. I told them they're welcome to, but if they also don't fit I still want to return them for one pair in the correct size. They've since just decided to totally ghost me. All I wanted to do was exchange the pair I got for a size up given that their sizing on this shoe is incorrect, & Crocs refused to cover the shipping despite acknowledging the sizing issue. The customer service is diabolical.
Terrible organisation - do not buy from them
It was easy to buy the Crocs online so this is the ONLY reason I have given them1 star. But the sizing was wrong and I tried to return. It was impossible. I just kept getting really frustrating automated email responses from Customer Service. Do not buy from this organisation, terrible experience and really bad customer service.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Waiting 21 business days for a refund. Their customer service is appalling. They talk in riddles and avoid the issue, which is that they are not refunding my money despite confirming they received the return a month ago. Raising dispute with my bank now. AVOID!!!!!!
Refuse to refund
I ordered my usual size but they were too large. Crocs don't do exchanges so I had to submit a refund. I followed their instructions exactly. They say my shoes never arrived and refuse to refund me. Every email took them 3 days to respond. I will never deal with these guys again.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Multiple emails to customer service for orders that crocs had cancelled with no explanation.
Deals advertised online were not honored but cancelled and then attempted resale with higher price.
Payment has now been taken but order is still in processing! It’s been weeks trying to just buy these crocs!

Terrible customer service. Tried to change sizes I picked 2 minutes after I placed order didn’t get a reply until 24 hours later saying they couldn’t change them as order had been processed . I would need to return them and pay for postage 🤬Would never order from them again and would not recommend anyone using them either . Kept sending emails since then trying to contact no reply .

Their customer service and return policy are absolutely terrible! I recently purchased the new Dragon Ball Crocs but made a mistake by choosing the women’s size instead of the men’s. It took me just two minutes after making the payment to realize my error. I promptly contacted their support team, hoping they could assist me in canceling the order. However, they informed me that it was impossible to cancel the purchase. They insisted on delivering the item, and I was then required to initiate a return, which would incur a postage fee of approximately $20-25. This fee was simply because they couldn’t modify their own orders. It’s frustrating to pay for a support team and a WhatsApp team that takes hours to respond. When I didn’t respond within 1-2 minutes, they would simply thank me for contacting them and instruct me to start the process all over again, waiting for several hours in the meantime. For a well-known brand like theirs, their customer service is utterly lacking.
