I had done a lot of research to find a shipping company that has the best reviews. Crystal car shipping qualified and on speaking with Rowan Stewart, he assured me that the quoted price will not change on the day/week of delivery as they are a reputed company. So, I went ahead and signed the contract with them for $1100 a month in advance (in Nov) and gave a 5 day window (12/12 as the first date and 12/16 as the last day). A week before the pickup week I texted Rowan many times to ask when is pickup happening. He replied pickup will be on the last day of the pickup window. On the last day of the pickup window surprisingly his driver cancelled my order and now Rowan jacked up the price to $1500 and said this is the price the new driver is quoting and made me sign a new contract on the day of pickup (12/16). This proved to me that this company is just like other companies that have bad reviews. It seems like this Crystal car shipping company has created false profiles to add 5 star reviews. Anyways, I had no choice and had to pay higher price at last moment to ship my car. The nightmare did not end there.
The delivery was supposed to happen on 12/23/2022. I needed to be at the pickup location so I kept asking to confirm the delivery date. Everyday I was being told the delivery is happening today (that too on asking and not proactively being informed what is going on). I could not make any holiday plans and my entire vacation was spoilt and finally my car arrived on Dec 29. At least if I was told truthfully that car delivery is delayed I could have made some holiday plans.
Additionally, on talking to the driver who delivered. He said that that Rowan gave him my wrong number so he was informing an incorrect number about the status of car delivery! Also, he told me that Crystal car shipping just paid them $1000 and he was booked many days in advance of my pickup date. So, basically Crystal car shipping company did a big drama on my pickup date to jack up the price (to earn $500 instead of $100 commission on this car shipping deal).
So, overall this Crystal car shipping company is a liar and unprofessional company (especially Rowan Stewart). They will quote you a price and jack it up on last day. They will not respond to your messages during delivery and will keep you hanging and waiting for your car delivery all day for weeks. Avoid this company at any cost!!!

My car was delivered right on time, no problems. My one gripe and it's a big one, was that the agreed price was $950. On the day I was originally supposed to get it, I called to check on its status and was told it was really going to cost $1600. I'd already told the dozen or so other quoters that I was already in a contract and had deleted all their texts and emails. I am dealing with cancer that had been diagnosed over Xmas and just didn't have the time and energy to start over.

Wayne Richards from Crystal Car Shipping was the only one of the over 25 people who contacted me after I sent in a RFQ for shipping a car from Indiana to LA that took the time to explain the process and the challenges.

When it came time to ship the car, Wayne went above and beyond to complete the process. This proved to be difficult with the recent Winter storms. However, Wayne had answers to all the problems before I knew I had them.

I could not imagine a more competent, compassionate and passionate professional as Wayne.

I booked three weeks in advance for my pick up, considering holidays. I was quoted $1,085 USD. And waiting a good service because of the qualifications.

But the picking up day passed and they don’t have anything for me. I had to change my flight for the next day waiting for them. The next day (one day delayed) they increased the price to $1,700 USD and I was technically forced to drop off my car with the transportation company, so I had to drive 1 hour and back home in Uber ($68 USD extra cost by the Uber service).

Now I have no information about my delivery. It supposed to be yesterday. I don’t know where my car is and they are “doing their best” chatting with me with me with a lot of apologies but no information.

The service is getting worst every day, I hope to get back my car soon. Be away for this company if you don’t want to be scammed

Great experience

Conner was able to get us a much better price than other Carriers were getting to send out daughters Jeep to her. He worked hard. The driver he hired was fantastic. He kept in touch with my daughter and me and got the Jeep there when he said he would. I would definitely use them again.
