This is by far the worst company I had to deal with. Co-founder Mark Wilson would ghost a paying customer and miss 3 coaching calls is pretty bad.
The first time he missed a coaching call because his wife was in labor at the time. That was totally understandable. We agreed to reschedule.
The second time because he happened to reschedule a call at the Super Bowl. I was exceptionally forgiving and understanding. As a sports fan, I would have marked down those important dates. Again, we reschedule.
The third time, he just decided to stop responding to ANY messages. I had to contact the other two founders to finally get a response.
Get this, they didn't even give me access to any of the training because of their split with Wild Card Academy. I was completely out of the loop. All they said was, "oh sorry, you joined during the worst time." Can you imagine this kind of customer service? Ever since I refused to have any more contact with them. I'm done with them.
If you want to work with them, good luck. I had never seen anyone as unprofessional as these guys.
