Wir nutzen Famulor inzwischen regelmäßig und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Die Plattform ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und man kommt schnell rein, auch wenn man vorher noch nicht viel mit KI-Telefonagenten gearbeitet hat.

Besonders gut gefällt uns, dass viele Funktionen direkt an einem Ort zusammenkommen – von der Wissensdatenbank über Kalender bis hin zu Automatisierungen nach dem Gespräch. Dadurch sparen wir im Alltag wirklich Zeit.

Auch der Support ist schnell erreichbar und Feedback wird ernst genommen. Man merkt, dass die Plattform laufend weiterentwickelt wird.

Natürlich gibt es immer noch kleinere Punkte, die verbessert werden können, aber insgesamt ist Famulor für uns eine sehr praktische und zuverlässige Lösung.

Ich arbeite als Freelancer für AI-Agent24.de und diverse Agenturen und nutze mittlerweile ausschließlich dieses Tool.
Vor allem die neue Version ist deutlich detailreicher in den Grundeinstellungen und sehr robust gegen Halluzinationen.
Die Einrichtung funktioniert mit einem KI Agenten oder per mpc auch die Anrufe können so analysiert werden, was enorm Zeit sparrt.

Der Geschäftsführer und seine Mitarbeitenden sind immer schnell über den Service erreichbar bei größeren Fragen, z.B. wenn es ein Feature noch nicht gibt und meistens wird das dann in 48 Stunden oder so nachgezogen, das ist extrem Fett da ich so auf individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse eingehen kann.
Bei der alten Version gab es noch ein cash Problem, ist aber jetzt behoben.

Eine sehr fortschrittliche Plattform für Inbound/Outbound-Telefonie. Ankopplung an unsere Plattform/CRM via API gelang auf Anhieb. Gewisse Dinge müssen fein abgestimmt werden, aber grundsätzlich top um seine Leads damit zu bearbeiten/Kampagnen fahren zu lassen.

Support und Leistungen sind top kann man nichts dagegen sagen.
