THIS COMPANY DOUBLE CHARGES, OVERCHARGES: CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!
This company charged me twice, neither charge was noted in the email confirmation for the product. Thus, they mis-charged me, and then over-charged me.
I cancelled the next day via email, and they said (in their response) that I may have to pay a fee...for what? Their mistake???
When I called CS, the male yelled at me when I asked a specific question; guess he hates his job just as much as I hate his company. His thick accent made it hard for me to understand; his elevated voice made me angry.
FREESELFLESS is not a company that you'd want to deal with, on any level. I've called my CC; I'm about to report them to TikTok.
