I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Full Time Store. I ordered a Messi jersey (Order #80761), but the name print started peeling off shortly after receiving it, which clearly indicates poor product quality.

I also found that the size was not as expected. When I contacted customer support, they initially asked for photos of the issue. I provided all the required evidence, but after that the responses became slow and eventually stopped.

The main concern is not the size but the defective print quality. A jersey should not start peeling within such a short time. As a customer, I expected better quality and proper after-sales support.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. Buyers should be cautious and review the return/exchange policies carefully before purchasing.

Bought a jersey during the clearance sale and needed just a size exchange. I even offered to pay extra, but the store refused without any flexibility. Very disappointing customer support and poor customer experience. Won’t be ordering again.

Very disappointing experience with Fulltime Store. I received a defective product and requested a return pickup. Although I got a pickup confirmation message, the pickup was marked as failed saying my phone number was unreachable, even though I was available and even received a call once.

The courier never properly reached my location, and when I contacted customer support again, I got no response at all. Poor customer service and a frustrating return process.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. Had to follow up repeatedly for weeks, they delayed the order, shipped to the wrong address despite confirming an update, and then kept asking the same questions again. Very poor coordination and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
