Good selection of tours at competitive prices

dejà expliqué. ca n'a jamais fonctionné. Directive non explicite et pourant nous etions deux à essayer. telecharger appli okk. creer les compte ok. mettre son code barre ou ticket de resa okk, pour le lien on en a bien trouvé 2 mais aucun avec un audio de quoi que ce soit. bref, de l'argent perdu, car en plus j'en ai pris deux. et comme dejà expliqué comme je n'etais à tirana qu'une journée, si ca ne fonctionne pas le jour J ... inutile. voilà déçut. bref en plus d'habitude je passe par d'autres, donc dommage.

We had a mostly positive experience with Guide to Europe - though originally when we needed to contact (somewhat urgently) we were put through to the office in Iceland who were unable to help us.
Our main negative experience however was the company through which Guide to Europe arranged our car hire "Trio Rent a car" - They were near fraudulent in their actions, attempting to pressure us into also purchasing their insurance and not being clear on what was even covered, and then charging excessive money for near invisible marks in the paint work of the car. Our car insurance had been arranged also through Guide to Europe, but through an organisation independent from the car hire company, and Trio rent a car was clearly upset about this (as the car hire price was very cheap, insurance is where they make their income). We feel like we were going to be charged for something no matter what just so that they could recuperate their costs (because initially they also found other damages but then ignored these once they found the small paint chips which we couldn't show weren't there based on the original photos we had of the car). The insurance we did have covered this for us in the end but we feel it is very unfair that Trio made money off of that insurance company and would strongly recommend Guide to Europe find a different business model or not deal with this particular company ever again.

La excursion que contratamos en barco, nos dejo tirados en Comino, por una confusión, al no saber ingles solo nos defendemos un poquito le pregunte al patrón de barco a que hora deberiamos estar de vuelta le pregunte en ingles y me respondio en español a las 7,15 p.m., es evidente que no lo hizo con intención, le insisti porque me parecio mucho tiempo para estar en la isla y le volvi a preguntar en ingles, volviendo a responder en español las 7;15 p.m. pues realmente quería decir a las 17; 15 h., por lo cual cuando nos dimos cuenta el barco se estaba yendo. Por favor aunque sea en ingles que den un escrito explicando todo al entrar en el barco, con los moviles podemos traducir si no lo entendemos. Fue una pena perderlo la excursión tenía buena pinta.

Elizabetta our guide was so knowledgeable about Pompeii and curated the perfect two hours for us. A great balance of art history, archeological and architectural storytelling. Private driver made the experience super easy. 5 stars all round

The Hotel is correct and the rooftop the best. It's a bit far away from de city.

Dracula Castle, Peles Castle, and Brasov Small Group Tour from Bucharest, Romania dated 27.06.2025 was great. Guide Silvia was energetic and fast and we were one of the group to enter Peles castle first at 9.15 am slot. Brasov is a beautiful city but given time was less to explore which also included only one time lunch break in 12 hours so it’s not enough time for this town. Dracula Castle area nothing to do much and 2 hours here is bit wasted so 1 hour is enough here and 1 hour from here should be divided for Peles and Brasov where lots of things can be done. Value for money and must do trip from Bucharest. One minus point , if you buy this trip from third party agency you are denied to board in bus at first no matter you arrive at first which is not good and this is first time I face this in such trips. Good luck.
