Very professional and great communication throughout. I received a message via LinkedIn reaching out to ask if I wanted to put a claim in. I went through the process and completed the paperwork, all of which was easy to do. 3 months later, I now have a nice little sum of money to treat myself and the family to. Very happy!

Was referred by a friend to do this, process is easy and quick. I found WhatsApp easier than emails as I could produce all document quicker. The team are very polite and approachable, all messages were answers quickly.

After I had completed the form, the process was absolutely effortless. Becca who was assigned to my case was super professional and would update me appropriately. She worked to my time and did not inconvenience me in any way. I got my tax return promptly as well. The exciting thing was I didn't know about this service until Becca messaged me on LinkedIn. Didn't realise how easy it is to do !! A member of the team rang me up and guided me through it all, within a couple of weeks of the paperwork submitted I had the cash in my bank highly recommended

The process is made easy, especially if you really can't be bothered to do the painstaking paperwork yourself. Bev and all the staff have been great over the last 2 claims they have done for me. The fee, I think, is 21%. This means I get 79% of a sum of money I wouldn't get due to being too lazy to do the claim in the first place.

The process of claiming back owed tax was made really easy by HB Forces. They kept me informed and ensured I received my refund as soon as HMRC issued it. I’d highly recommend the service.

My experience with HB forces was great, everything from start to finish was simple and it was so easy to get in touch with them as it was mostly done over WhatsApp. I've used other similar services in the past and this is the best by a country mile.

My first time claiming and I claimed for the full four years. I was expecting a lot of hassle and was sceptical about the process but I did it anyway. I couldn't recommend these guys anymore! very professional, very helpful and always kept me upto date. Claim was successful with a nice sum (certainly nothing to be sniffed at).
