5 star service
I rang those guys at the start of the day explaining how I needed a room pretty quickly.
They gave me a bunch of options that were suitable straight away. And arranged a viewing for later that same day.
The property was exactly what I needed.
So I signed all the paperwork, paid the deposit and moved in that same day.
In total from my first call, until i had the keys in my hand was around 8hrs.
I couldnt recommend them more. They were very helpful and incredibly quick

STAY AWAY! AVOID! SCAMMERS
I was an international student who went through booking a studio under this agency.
In my move in date, i was given no contract, but the deposit was collected! Even though in my head it didnt sound right i had nothing more to be done because I was new to the country.
Since then a month went by, the place kept flooding, no heating, no wifi (eventhough the advertising said it did), no contract, no TDS certificate and there was no person in the agency or any landlord who assisted to rectify these issues.
It was so stressful having to follow up with these incompetent people who are just massive scammers!
Please stay away i just cannot emphasize how they will just a blind eye to you!
