The packaging team are knowledgeable and respond in a timely matter. They are quick to place my trickier cases, and the case managers keep on top of the case at application so I don’t need to waste my time chasing as I know it’s in safe hands. I do not hesitate in handing my complex cases over to Kelly and Hollie.

Impact Specialist Finance are superb matching my requirements with the right package. They are fast, efficient and I only work with Impact.

I was passed to this company through Habito who could not help me based on my credit score. At first they seemed really professional but it was short lived. Over the phone they were friendly but in email it felt like a big farce. I was told it would take about 48 hours to find a lender from the time of submitting my application but I was passed from pillar to post, 2 weeks in after chasing them (they were in no hurry whatsoever) was told they had found a lender (finally!) I received an email from Paul stating 'I have taken over your enquiry and from the details in the fact find and your previous credit reports, there is a lender that CAN help on a 10% deposit option'. This was on the Friday. Then when I emailed on Monday to chase up I got an out of office for 9 days. Not very professional considering he didn't bother to pass my application on to another member so when I called they didn't know what was happening. Turns out they hadn't found a lender at all.  Why say CAN and build hopes up rather than MAY BE able to help? So then got told by Amanda my application would be passed on to yet another person called Dale (4 different people so far). Well I'm 1 month on and I never heard a word from Dale.

What a total waste of time. My experience from this company is that they are unprofessional  and just mess people around. A total waste of time.

Dale was extremely helpful. Managed to get me a mortgage as I was about to semi retire.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.

If I could give this company less than 1 stars I could. Advised that I could get a mortgage by Paul.Dragged feet for over the week and calls and messages not returned
Returned fact find, payslips and copy of contract.Then decided after I was making a official complaint to the md that they couldn't help me. I have taken my business elsewhere who found me a mortgage straight away. This is not a one off as others have left a similar review.

Had a nice easy process using a packager for one of my clients, effective updates and If I ever needed anything they were just a phone call away. Would happily use them again.

The down fall has been working remotely, meaning we had the hassle of printing off the paper work and it getting misplaced in the office, other than that it was just a lengthy process.

I was expertly and rapidly supported with my complicated mortgage application, which was brought to a successful completion, using personal and high level contacts in the industry.

Impact specialist finance have been absolutely remarkable! As a buyer in these uncertain times, I was a little anxious but Sue Allen my mortgage consultant was brilliant in answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with all of my decisions. Sue is a very competent and able Individual that can make anything happen. Sue has gone out of her capacity to make sure everything fell in place and ran smoothly right till I got my keys!
The whole journey has been flawless , The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I will continue to use this fantastic company.

I was blessed to find Clive Smith and Kathryn Clegg of Impact Specialist Finance. They have placed a complex case for me that is completing on Friday, which I could not have placed alone.

Jill has been very patient with this case that started last October. The delays are due to Bluestone especially into the New Year when they were taking an inordinate amount of time to assess documents. Got there in the end and the remortgage has completed today.
