Great shoes!
Great shoes! I just wish the exchange process was easier. I feel like I could have saved on shipping by just exchanging. Otherwise, fast shipping. Also, I had to get a totally different shoe because the other shoe ran out of a particular size.

Good shipping and packaging. These are probably the best flops money can buy in my opinion. I had a pair for 10 years before getting these. Fantastic quality and feel. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a pair of flops that will last.

Excellent customer service!
My experience with this company ended in excellent customer service and a great product. I had a hard time locating the hat I wanted yet I called and the sales lady searched and located it at one of their stores. She had it shipped to me within a few days and I absolutely love the hat. :)

We have looked into your order information and see that the order was placed with Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) on Saturday, January 14 2017. Unfortunately, because this order was placed over the weekend, the package did not ship until the following business day on Monday, January 16 2017.
We were able to successfully pull up the tracking information supplied by UPS, and do apologize for any trouble you experienced with trying to access your tracking information. Upon review of the tracking information, we were able to determine that the package was left at "front door" by UPS on Monday, January 23 2017. The delivery date does reflect an arrival 6 business days after the order was placed and does fall within our estimated delivery parameters.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience you've faced with your order, and hope that in the future if you are unable to locate tracking information or are unsatisfied with your order for whatever reason, you will reach out to us.
