didn't receive my parcel.
asked to hold my parcel exactly after purchase, by email and phone and marked not expedited delivery, but the parcel was was not held and more than $ 100 parcel was dropped somewhere in the lobby of 6th story building, not in the local post office. NO Money , No parcel.

The order was shipped on 24 December and an email including tracking information was provided to the email address used to place the order. We do see correspondence regarding a request to "hold" the order. Unfortunately, we do not offer a delay delivery service and any requests to hold deliveries must be submitted to the shipping carrier. In an effort to assist you, we contacted the carrier on your behalf on 26 December. However, the order had already been transferred to the carrier USPS and any request for modification to delivery service must be made by the recipient of the delivery. We apologize we were unable to assist you further with this issue.

Great prices and service.
I love that I can get my boots and shoes so quickly. I only wish that I could combine the rewards I earn with the sales being offered. I have to keep finding other items to buy so that it's worth using my rewards.
