I put five dollars in I won $31 It’s a scam a big scam theft by deception big-time there is no customer service don’t bother looking for one you won’t talk to a human. You’ll talk to AI and when you press the redeem button for your winnings to go back into your account like they say it doesn’t, you have to verify your drivers license utility bills all kinds of stuff and then when you’re done doing all that they make you do it again over and over and over again that’s one of those apps. I’m sure you guys have been on apps like that before I know I have so I’ll have to eat the five dollars that I put in there and learned my lesson never to get scammed by people like this again.
I can’t believe they’re so cheap and so deceitful as to not want to give me a lousy measly $31 they must need it much worse than I do!! they make it nice and confusing for you. It’s a real shame. I’m so happy I didn’t put any more money in there. That’s all I’m happy about right now.

THIS COMPANY HAS BASICALLY SCAMMED ME FROM RECEIVING MY 900 DOLLARS IN WINNINGS. I MADE A ACCOUNT NOT KNOWING THAT I HAD MADE A ACCOUNT BEFORE BECAUSE THERE ARE 100 GAMES ALL ARE THE SAME GAME SETUP AND MUSIC. BUT I DECIDED TO PUT 10 DOLLARS ON MY GAME AND I RAN UP MY SC COINS UP TO 900 PLUS DOLLARS AND WHEN I GO TO WITHDRAW IT BASICALLY NOTICED THAT I ALREADY BEEN VERIFIED ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT DIFFERENT EMAIL SO I WAS EVENTUALLY DIRECTED TO LOG INTO MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNT THAT I DIDNT REALIZE THAT I HAD AND IT STATED THAT THAT WAS THE REASON I COULDNT CASH OUT AND VERIFY THE NEW ACCOUNT. SO I LOGGED INTO THE OLD ACCOUNT BECAUSE THAT WAS WHAT WAS DIRECTED FOR ME TO DO AND IT ALSO STATED THAT ALL OF MY SC COINS WILL AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFER OUT TO THE ALREADY VERIFIED ACCOUNT SO THAT I CAN COMPLETE MY WITHDRAWAL WITH NO PROBLEMS AND IT WAS STATED ONCE I LOGGED INTO THE OLD ACCOUNT THAT THE NEW ACCOUNT WAS GOING TO FREEZE. SO THE REPRESENTATIVE I CHATTED WITH STATED THAT I WILL RECEIVE ALL OF MY SC COINS ONE TIME COURTESY BUT I NEEDED TO LOG INTO THE OLD ACCOUNT SO THAT THEY WILL FREEZE THE NEW ACCOUNT SO ONCE I DONE THAT I WAS ONLY TRANSFERED ONLY 5 DOLLARS THAT THEY GAVE ME AND WAS GIVING THE RUN AROUND ON BOTH ACCOUNTS STATING THAT THE SC COINS WILL BE EVENTUALLY TRANSFERRED AND I WILL BE MESSAGED AS SOON AS THEY DO SO BUT DAYS GOING ON I LOOK BACK AT THE MESSAGES TO SEE THAT THEY SAID THAT A GAME THAT I NEVER PLAYED ON THE OLD ACCOUNT HAD A BUG IN THE ACCOUNT SO THEY GAVE ME ONLY A COURTESY 5 DOLLARS AND I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE 900 PLUS DOLLARS NOW BECAUSE OF A BUG IN A GAME THAT THEY STATED THAT I NEVER PLAYED..... NOW IF I WOULD HAVE ALLOWED SOMELNE ELSE WITH THERE IDENTIFICATION TO DO THE VERIFICATION PROCESS FOR ME AND TO WITHDRAW THE FUNDS FROM THAT NEW ACCOUNT IT WOULD HAVE WENT STRAIGHT THROUGH, BUT SINCE I ALREADY BEEN VERIFIED ON A PREVIOUS ACCOUNT AND THE SYSTEM DIDNT ALLOW ME TO GET VERIFIED AGAIN NOW I AM BEING TOLD THAT THERE WAS A BUG IN A GAME I PLAYED SO I COULDNT RECEIVE THE SC COINS THAT IS STRAIGHT BS AND I WANT MY MONEY I WON FAIR AND SQUARE THIS ONLINE BS IS TAKING A TOLE ON PEOPLE WHEN PEOPLE KNOW THAT YALL GAME DIDNT HAVE A BUG OR GLITCH YALL JUST DONT WANT TO PAY PEOPLE YALL KNOW EXACTLY HOW YALL DO AND WHAT YALL DO !!!!! I won 11,000 yesterday in 3 different redemptions. Shortly after, the site blocked me
I messaged them and they apologized and said I could get back in within 24 hrs
This morning, I was able to get in and seen where my 11,000 was labeled unsuccessful redemption due to technical glitch
I pleaded with them to give me my money and do what is right, but all they gave me was a $80 credit
Stay away for they are not regulated

I use to win a little bit on this game now it just eats all your money the past week I’ve played over $700 and it’s disgusted me that this game will just continue to take take take might win $15 $20 but of course I play that back I’ve been playing everyday for about 6 months and this is horrible

I can not login to my account or create a new one as it says I previously made an account. I only ever had one with game.jackpotgo.club and not since they switched the website to game.jackpotgo.com and I can’t login bc I don’t have an account with the new website and I can’t use the forgot password feature as it says there’s no account found and I can’t create a new one as it says I previously had an account so I’m screwed! And live chat/ support won’t help and just plays dumb about it like they don’t understand what I’m saying so this is your one star review bc of it. What a nightmare for something so easy!

At first I was winning money. Payout was quick within 4 hours directly to PayPal or my Bank. Then the winnings slowed down tremendously and have now stopped. And now payout times are taking over 24 hours. But they do payout. I truly think these games are rigged and track your winnings vs how much you deposit by your user ID. I have spun on a single game over 100 times in a row with no winnings over the bet amount and no scatter/free game triggers. I was winning over $150+ on free game triggers (1SC bet) and now free game trigger pays out as little as $35. My suggestion if you do decide to play this app, once you win a decent amount, redeem your winnings and stop using the app.

I just deleted the app. I liked it to start and they were accepted by PayPal so I thought it was legit. Some games started and then disappeared the next day and was told that the games that disappeared were under maintenance but they never came up again. I never tried cashing out any winnings, so I can’t confirm if they actually pay out. They also claim that they have live chat but they never answered direct questions asked and when they did it was usually hours or the next day before hearing back. I’m not even sure if some of the games are legal in my state. I can’t get much information about the company and today PayPal is no longer accepted as payment.I would be leery of this site.I learned about it from a TV commercial and thought it would be legit. It may be but I would be very cautious. Just not enough information out there about them to convince me that they are legit.

My first time using this app. I bought $50 of gold coins. I was down to $0.30 and placed a $0.30 bet on a random butterfly game. I won like $549.00. From there I just kept winning up and down from 2-5 thousand dollars the more I would win the crazier I would bet. I literally played two days in a row for hours on one $50 deposit of my own money. I put on a request to redeem some of the money $1900 and it was in my Venmo in a couple of hours. I actually hit 9981.00 so far it all seems pretty legit. Except once you cash out a large sum of money is seems like the winning stops completely.
