I ordered one cupboard and Jadebay charged me for 9. Disgraceful, dishonest company. I raised a query with PayPal and Jadebay emailed to ask me to cancel the query in PayPal so that he could refund. I cancelled and no refund to date. PayPal won’t allow me to raise another query. Nothing delivered and he is refusing to refund over £629. I have instructed a solicitor to sue and recover my funds!

Absolutely disgraceful service. Bed frames missing to a set of bunk beds we have ordered. Over a week to send the missing mattress. I ordered via noa & Nani but my notifications say bed coming from jadebay - the 2 companies are connected. Dreadful customer service which is all via email - can’t speak to anyone. Not receiving any responses to my query re missing bed frame - the courier service used was a joke!! Currently I have paid for bunk beds and 2 mattresses and only have half a bed and 1 mattress. I think this company needs investigating given all of the reviews I am reading.

Excellent, very good quality, solid furniture, no frills and modern at great prices. Excellent delivery service by lovely drivers.

Awful company. Complained about a 25% increase in the price of their white toy boxes.....literally overnight. I run my own business and Jadebay was my go to supplier, I’ve purchased dozens of boxes from them. I had a toy box to return at the time I made the complaint as it had MULTIPLE defects, 3 pieces were either scratched broken or had visible flaws. So, 1 return and 1 complaint after dozens of purchases. After very slow communication on eBay they arranged collection for the return and promised a replacement. Item was collected but the tracking info they provided for the replacement is actually for the collection...two numbers supplied BOTH for the same thing. So no replacement and now no box. I’ve now been informed that I’ve been blocked from purchasing from them on eBay, no explanation given. Absolute joke. No customer service, poor communication and for God’s sake don’t ever complain otherwise, even if you’re a long standing customer, they’ll complete ignore you.

Absolutely shocking company! All items are not as described send you what ever they have, nothing like in the photos or description, unhelpful in sorting it out, all we wanted was the correct tent and wooden frame for the bed! Was told to send the whole bed back even though they sell the correct item for this bed, cost £99 for all the tent attachments they offered £40 for it all, (rather than just send the correct item as advertised per listing) and it all to be sent back, all this over a wooden frame that they advertise and send a 3 peice metal frame which is utterly useless, and my son would bend in seconds, due to false advertisement I've been to trading standards and they are now acting on our behalf! Also looking at speaking to the ombudsman!! Stay away from God awful company they also own the company noa N nani!! You have been warned!

The Canterbury 2 door dresser top is lovely and was delivered promptly, however the two internal shelves were missing. I have sent 2 emails and a message through the website regarding this, having sent these between last Wednesday evening and today - no response. Appalling customer service 🤬

My grandson's pirate bed is amazing he loves it. Service was great no problems at all.

Noa and Nana is an online furniture retailer who go by the legal trade name JADEBAY LIMITED - go to companies house and search for Company number 04112177
This online company might be the cheapest online but if you have an issue with your item and return the item you will not receive your refund. Please stay away from this online business as they are corrupt.

I ordered a bed from this company and paid extra for named day delivery and there was an issue with the shipping and it didn't arrive. I then looked up the company on here (yes I realise I did this in the wrong order) and nearly had a heart attack due to all the negative reviews. However once I emailed the company and explained they immediately refunded the extra I paid for named day delivery and moved heaven and earth to get the bed to me in time for my son's birthday. In the end I was very happy.

I have had a number of items from noa and nani, a high bed and a midi bed and two additional desks, all great. Delivery is speedy. Customer Service was great when we were missing slats on one of the beds, sent next day delivery. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company.

Corrupt and fraudulant company also known as nao and nani been robbed of 200 pound and some one is using my name to sign for returns this company needs investigating by the police, deliverd some ones slats and put the bar code as the slide from the tree house bed being delivered corrupt as anything how they sleep at night

Absolutely terrible people with very questionable ethics. Regret ever buying our daughters bed from here. Months of stress caused. Avoid like the plague. They trade also as Noa and Nani

Only sent part of the order. When queried, they denied the problem and claimed they had sent what I ordered...even though I had 100% solid evidence otherwise. Reported the company for fraud.

Absolutely terrible
They sent a bed which never arrived and wont refund me without signing a form that prohibits me from writing reviews.
Bed is still sitting in the couriers warehouse and I am still £120 6 wks on.
as you can see in my opinion they can stick their form.

Wish i could rate them 1 star.

Emailed to say i wasn't happy with the product, no response.
Emailed again to say if i hadn't heard anything i would leave negative feed back, no response.
Left negative feedback, made 50 calls to be informed only able to communicate via live chat. Spoke to an adviser, cannot speak to me as i left negative feedback.

Bought this as a birthday present, beds never been safe, slide and legs wobble all over the place. My son is currently sharing my bed, and i have to wait for a response, which will be as soon as possible.1!

No customer service skills, bed probably not worth a £5. Delivery was late to start with, so missed my sons actual birthday. The tent and tunnel does not fit this bed correctly either. Looks Tacky, feels tacky and doesn't even stand straight..

AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Bought a toy box for my daughters 1st birthday. 6 months later the hinge broke and the lid slammed on her head injuring her. 2 months later I still haven’t had the item collected and am still awaiting a refund. Chasing every day and they promise to get back to me. Avoid these cowboys!

Good quality product at a great price. Fast delivery & great communication throughout the whole process. Nice company 2 deal with & have some decent products

My daughter is in love with her new fairy cabin bed! Fingers crossed it will make her happier to stay in her own bed from now on ;) It is sturdy and well made and I feel that she is safe and snug. Fast delivery and good communication. Thanks!
