I order the Reversible Jerseys and shorts in the morning, had an email 2 hours later confirming the design, got told it would take 4 weeks for them to be made and delivered, I received them within 3 weeks of purchase.

The quality is great! the Jersey looks great! I got put onto this company by friends who used them in the past. Would recommend them to everyone, the design process on their website is so much fun too.

Jersey World has consistently provided outstanding service, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. They are highly efficient and willing to go the extra mile for our Scorchers basketball team. When I requested a custom polo for coaches, they went above and beyond by designing not just one, but two versions for us to choose from. The uniforms have always arrived within the promised timeframe and are of excellent quality. I highly recommend Jersey World.

Horrible experience! Shipping was ridiculously slow. Got a jersey size small and it seems to be a large!! No way it’s a small. And they will not exchange it! Never again will I give my business to this company!

Don’t do it!!! I ordered a jersey for $85.00 in a woman’s size Small! Ordered 9/9/2024 received 9/23/2024. The Jersey appeared to be too stiff (FAKE)! & it was extremely tooo small!! It was more of a kids size small!!!!! I emailed this company and they said they sent the correct size and to get a tape measure 😩!!! Any legitimate company would offer at least a store credit to get another item. I called the listed phone number a lady answered Hello! Not saying the companies name are anything!!!!! Save your money and your time!!! I’m now filling a dispute with Paypal!!!!

I bought a Malik Nabers Jersey for my grandson's birthday on September 2nd because their site said that it would be delivered by September 6th,
I sent an email and this was their response:
"Beacause the availability of raw materials for production is currently limited, we have to send products manufactured at a reputable facility in Asia.
So it will take about 10-14 days for the order to get to you."
That 10-14 days became 20 days, and this is the 21st day.
I've sent them emails asking about the delivery and they haven't responded to any of them since their 1st response.
I haven't stopped payment YET.
I would NEVER buy anything from them again (I'd rather pay more money and deal with a reputable company.
THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!!

As the reviews were all mixed, I sought advice from the company personally.. they were very kind and happy to help. I ordered from America and my order came from the company's base in China which they advised. My jersey came exactly authentic, in prime condition and in great time. Jerseyworld kept on top of the tracking and included myself where possible as again advised some delivery companys dont provide tracking to the purchaser only the seller.. I would definitely purchase again and would recommend jerseyworld. I am very happy with my order. Customer service was top notch by means of assistance and reassuring.. one very happy customer!!.x

They sent me a jersey with the wrong name on it. I asked for a partial refund. They peppered me with emails and they did not do a partial. I had to do a charge back.

Nothing authentic but cheap imitation. Badly made with visible mistakes. No way to return or get refund.

I came across Jerseyworld via Facebook while looking at options for upgrading my current basketball uniform. I contacted the team with a basic idea of what I wanted and received a prompt reply with a number of different suggestions, styles and designs. The team at Jerseyworld were very impressive with their eye for detail and high quality designs. They were more than happy to answer any of my questions and for the overall price of the product and service, you couldn’t ask for more.
Myself and teammates are extremely happy with the end product and can highly recommend Jerseyworld to all, as their quality and professionalism are second to none.

My team opted for the reversible jerseys that had two designs. Not only did we believe we picked the two best designs but the team were awesome helping us put small customisations on them to better personalise around the team. Once they came in the mail the team were hyped to throw them on and get some hoops up in them and my goodness they did not disappoint. Quality was world class, design came up looking brilliant, a home and away uni all in one. No surprise that the form of the boys rose exponentially with the new gear on. Very happy overall would recommend to anyone interested. Trying to fight the urge to grab another set for the team every season haha soon maybe

I don’t normally write reviews for companies as I expect good service all the time, but Jersey World is far above and beyond any custom jersey company I’ve bought with. Not only are they insanely well priced, they were very professional in the way they handled everything, gave us numerous design ideas based on what we asked for and was extremely transparent with any minor issues that COVID presented (eg. notified me of a 2 day shipping delay). The shorts sizing runs a little big, however they provide a sizing guide before the purchase to make it that much easier. My team love our kits and we will be purchasing from Jersey World again.

Awesome Company to deal with got our Custom Jerseys in the time frame promised and designed an awesome uniform for us.
