I just went through this the last time I tried to withdrawal. They eventually gave me my money after an exhausting fight and now there doing it again asking for these documents that are impossible to get. What a cheap casino. Very bad experience with Katsubet. I won from bonus spins but they never gave my winnings. Customer support just keeps replying with the same messages and feels like they are stalling until you give up.

I won 1500Euro and wanted to withdraw it.
They wanted verification which was already done before and was accepted.
I got told to send them verification of a bill or bank statement that is less than 90 days old which i did. I sent them fully documents of everything they asked but still refused and asked for the same thing over and over ands i gave it over and over.
Do NOT waste of your time. Most of these casinos have fake reviews of bots which these guys have. I have proof of everything and i will be taking legal action against then.
If you have same problem please contact trustpilot so they can contact me and have mor eproof to get them shut down.
