Products look amazing but still waiting for delivery over 3 weeks after ordering and still no shipping updates

My Catapult Car Set arrived and was pretty disappointed in the packaging on first impression. The cardboard was bent and crushed so unable to give as a present. Made it look second hand. And the cars are extremely light weight and poor quality. A total waste of money. Shouldn’t be allowed to have Australian Kids mentioned.
