Really fast easy service.

Poor return policy. Each return is case by case. I didn't like my item and for some reason it was determined that I would be stuck with it. Be careful what you order from here, they may not be willing to let you return it. Make sure you really want it! Also, the reason I didn't want the item was due to poor quality.

This is such a great company! I usually find what I'm looking for, and shipping is fast. I am so glad I found Quirks! and will always look to them for things I am interested in. Also, their website is easy to navigate and quick to checkout.

Just enjoy getting what I like from Quirks. I believe they are a smaller company, unlike Amazon. They do give free shipping if you've spent a certain amount. Shipping was pretty fast as well.

This seller is a masterclass in how to lose a customer. I was charged shipping three separate times for three orders — all of which they crammed into one box. When I asked for a refund on the extra shipping, they flat-out refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they canceled my future orders and blocked me. Because apparently, handling criticism is just too much work.

I spent over $885 with them in a single week — money clearly wasted on a company that values ego over ethics. Their “rewards” program is just lipstick on overpriced products, and their so-called “EPIC sale” is a desperate attempt to unload merchandise no one wanted in the first place.

If you enjoy being overcharged, ignored, and punished for speaking up, this is your store. Everyone else should shop literally anywhere else.

I have ordered from Kinks & Quirks for several years. I have never been disappointed in their merchandise, customer service, or prompt delivery. They know how to keep their customers happy and always coming back for more “goodies.”
