I bought a twenty dollar brush for my wife. They overcharged me by 30 dollars, I managed to get them to refund it after numerous emails, but they have since charged me another 100 dollars. They are scam merchants, avoid them like the plague

I would give this company less than one star if possible! Total scam! Same as all the others. I have now been charged four times - one $44.95, and three $49.95 and never received anything ordered. Interestingly, if you look at reviews for Kojeva, which is the brush I looked at, they have great reviews and no scam alerts, but something is going on because my bank debit says "Kojiva" out of Miami Beach. I have emailed and not heard anything back. I have no order confirmation/number, no nothing from either Kojiva or Kojeva. Buyer beware!!!

SCAMMERS! Same as many people are saying here. I ordered and paid for 1 thing (the facial bush for $25) and they have now charged me $49.99 for the last 3 months. My credit card company caught the last one and is replacing my credit card. I Have filed a dispute with my credit card company for the other two instances I just found.

Absolute scam, do not buy from this company they stole 5 payments of 49.99 from bank and 22 emails later they are not even being recognised by their email address

I finally had to cancel my credit card because they kept charging me 49.99 for nothing. I had a dispute going on them but the charges came often and there was no way to contact the company. Get it on Amazon. It’s the exact same brush but you can trust Amazon.

Horrible company! Beware they are a scam. They will keep charging you and they are impossible to get a hold of. I bought two brushes which are a cheap knock off with no name on brush, not even their own company. Plus, they keep charging me 49.99 monthly for nothing.

The product this company sells isn't bad, but it is their behavior that is extremely shady and a scam. Seven days after my order, they charged $49.99 to my credit card, then another $49.99 a month after. For what? Who knows! Upon checking with Citibank they said it was listed as a recurring charge! As having had issues in the past with companies that do this without CLEARLY informing you they will be doing this, I made sure I read every area on the page of their order page. There was no mention about a recurring fee, and there was no benefit either, never got any email, information, warning, anything whatsoever! They also have no phone number listed, there was also no order confirmation when I first ordered product. I never even got a notification about the order. The product arrived more than a month later on top of that. Be VERY careful with this company. They are running a shady business here and scamming a lot of people.

Dont buy their product. I purchased the buy 2 get 1 free for 44.95 and I was charged the 44.95. I never received a order confirmation and when I contacted them about my order and shipment they sent me a tracking number. It took 3 weeks to receive. On top of that they charged 49.95 on 4/22/26 and again on 4/23/26 for a subscription. I did not sign up for a subscription nor was I informed of such but they charged me . They said in order to receive the product at such a low price you have to do a monthly subscription to get the low price plus membership benefits. They said it was in the details at payment. However I went through Apple Pay and did not see any such information or I would not have agreed to it. They said they can not refund the subscription but did cancel at my request after several email conversations to cancel and I again asked for a refund. I also said then can I just return the items as you have a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked which is clearly stated on the website. I am waiting to hear back.

In the meantime I have put in a dispute request for the subscription charges with my credit card company. This was not an authorized charge and I did not agree to any subscription.

Very deceitful business

I ordered the brushes for a one-time purchase. I got charged another $50 a month later. Now I have to fight to get my money back. I did not want more brushes! They sent three brushes the first time. I obviously did not need more a month later. I am very unhappy with this company! Now I have to fight to get my money back

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . They are an unscrupulous business run by inept people . Cant supply correct tracking , they come up with one excuse after another as to why my order is not delivered one month after ordering. I asked for a full refund , which they said “could not be paid this month” but then told me my membership would be cancelled?? I never joined any membership, but £39 was taken from my account without my permission . Another red flag .. a company that hides a clause from the customer . I should have been wiser about the type of cheap business this was , when their You Tube advert degrades Amazon and tells you that their product is better than a cheap Amazon one . The only thing that is cheap , is this dishonest unprofessional company . Scroll past quickly .. AVOID AVOID AVOID . SCAMMERS

Do not do business with this company. After declining the fifteen pop ups when I went to check out. Apparently there was some hidden fine print i didn't see. Because I did a quick payment using PayPal. Well the fine print read that I was signing up for a monthly vip membership. I ordered my product. After waiting over a week I still hadn't received a shipment confirmation. What I did get were two charges for 49.99
I contacted rhe company for a refund. Where I wad bounced around from person to person. Who just kept telling me I couldn't get a refund. That was why I got the product for 29.99
Which didn't make sense because as soon as the charges went through I contacted them. Also I was charged not once but twice. I even offered to return the item. Once I received it because I was of course assured that it was shipped. Which was why I couldn't get a refund. No matter what I said they wont give me my money back. Be careful do not trust them.

If I could give this company a negative star I would do that. Do not make your purchase from this company. I ordered the products on April 4, still have not received the products and I’ve requested tracking information several times. They will not supply it In addition to the purchase two weeks later, the company debited my account $49.99 for some membership that is not even stated on their website. The next day they took another $49.99 from my account. So far I have paid $149.97, I still don’t have the product and it’s a 30 day moneyback guarantee. The reply is they will cancel my membership. But they will not refund the money. We’re talking about $150 and no product. I have noticed that there are other companies with different spelling. So I think KOJIVA is a scam company and that will take as much money as they can from your account.

I ordered a brush a weeks later they started hitting my account for $49.99, 2 times in one day. Plus unauthorized charge of $9.95 the day i bought the brush. I guess there are 2 different brushes one that uses and I in the name and one uses an e in their name. I choose the wrong one. Watch out for scam companies. They look so real. And also

Unverschämt.

Mir ging es leider genauso, wie einer anderen Kundin. Ich habe zwei Bürsten bestellt. Mir wurde der Kaufbetrag dafür berechnet. Soweit alles in Ordnung. Dann wurden mir ein paar Tage später weitere Gebühren in Höhe von 44,99 Dollar berechnet. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das mein VIP-Abonnemnt sei, dass ich mit gebucht habe. Dies war aber nirgendwo aufgeführt oder benannt. Weder auf der Bestellseite, noch in meiner Bestellbestätigung. Auf Bitten, mir den Betrag zurückzuerstatten, habe ich bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten. Mir bleibt nun nichts anderes übrig, als meine Kreditkarte zu sperren und eine neue zu beantragen. Dies ist eine bodenlose Frechheit
