Great experience!

Satisfação total. Serviço de excelência.

I have already made some orders over the past 2 years. The prices are literally unbeatable and the offer that they have is gigantic. Thumbs up for that.
I just don't give a total of 5 stars because there's not a lot they can do when the order is shipped and the tracking can be sometimes dubious or misleading. However I must say that I never had a problem with the delivery and the goods.

A piece of advice that I give is that they should ship the books with just a little bit more protection with the normal packaging!

First order everthing went ok arrived before estimated date, well packed good price, will buy again!

Bought 2 books. Took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Too much time.

When I needed help, the customer support team responded immediately and was very helpful. The book was extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The only downside was that it took quite a long time to be dispatched. Overall, I had a good experience.

The good: the reasonable prices. The variety/availability of books that I might not find elsewhere. Great wrapping/packaging.

The bad: the books I ordered took a while to get to me. I kinda expected to wait, many of them had a good wait time for them to get to Libristo, let alone me. However, most of them also took more time then expected to. I don't mind waiting, but I would prefer to have a more accurate wait time on the website.

The surprise: good communication with me about which books had arrived/were delayed.

One of my books had a bent tip, cover one. The service in general was great.

It was very simple to make a purchase, which is very helpfull for first time shoppers.
The selection of books available is amazing, I was able to find a book that I would never be able to find in my local book store.

You can find the books you need here, but be prepared for a long wait for delivery. This is the normal shipping process for merchants, and it does take some time to deliver books. For me, it's great that it helped me find the books I needed. So everything is fine.

One of the worst experiences purchasing online.I requested assistance 4 times and have received no response. 2 months sine I placed order and the package still hasn't arrived. But customer support does not respond. Spend €116.00 and have received nothing. Do not buy from this company!!

It was mu first order in Libristo and I Will repeat, for sure. The only thing that could be better is the delivery time, it was about 2 weeks! Apart from that, the service is spectacular, they respond quickly to email inquiries and everything arrives very well packaged. Congratulations!
