I have not received my item it has been 3 weeks with no up to date information. No information on tracking . Poor communication unable to send email. All email bounce back stating email do not exist. Very disappointed you have taken my money and I have not received my order how unfair is that!

I was trying to do a return on the necklaces that I bought for my husband‘s anniversary. The chains was too short for his neck, I couldn’t find a place on your website to get a refund. The necklaces are no used to me because they are too short. I paid $154 for chains I can’t use. Also the chains are not what I expected them to be.

It is a scam

It is a scam. Although the order stated there would be no additional fees on delivery I was asked to pay ~30% of the price. When I refused to pay it M&M suddenly stopped answering my emails and I lost over £150. Beware, it is a fraud

I was sent fake jewelry

I was sent fake jewelry. I purchased a 18K gold with diamonds chain and bracelet. I received something totally different than what I ordered. I know what I received was fake, because I'm allergic to nickel and this set contains nickel. I now have hives from the allergic reaction I had to the nickel in this set. I have contacted the seller through the contact us link on their site. I have emailed 3 different times. I have even called and never received not one response. I ordered the set on 11/11/25, it didn't arrive until 11/22/25, which was later than promised. I reach started reaching out to the company on 12/16/25 when I realized this set had nickel in it to request a refund. I'm still waiting for help and assistance.

Guess who never reached out after sending a fake response in addition to fame jewelry.

Please do not buy anything at all from this company. I've contacted my state attorney general and I will be contacting this crook's attorney general office as well.

This place is a SCAM

This place is a SCAM! I’ve sent this email asking for my product atleast 10 times and have not heard back. After that I did my research and found out this company is a complete scam, Hello,
I was wondering why my product that I ordered was not shipped yet. I placed the order on September 16th and originally it said it would be delivered by September 22nd and was not. Then I reached out to your company multiple times and you guys canceled the order and never got back to me. Can I please just have an update on my order?
They have never gotten back to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THOSE COMPANY. They took over 200$ from me.

If I could leave a review with zero…

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. I have been trying to return this item since the day it was delivered almost a month ago. The necklace is not as expected. The color is not even gold - it’s orange! Too heavy to wear. All of my emails have been ignored and no way to get ahold of this company to initiate a return despite what it claims on its website. Do not buy from this company!

On 8/13/2025 i purchase a set of silver earing and a silver bracelet for my mom i paid it with my Afterpay account. At this moment i have not receive my order. There is phone number to call about my order..That tells me right away that it is a scam..
