Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague! The product listing of a necklace said 18K Solid gold. When I receive the necklace the tag on the necklace said Solid Steel. Yes, it was gold colored. When I went back to the product listing it was changed to 18K real filled gold. No refunds , just exchanges. I email the company and it gets returned that there is a virus in my email. Give me a break!

SCAM SHUT THEM DOWN!

Less than one star. HUGE SCAM I spent over $100 dollars on jewelry that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. It was confirmed with shipping number but package was never delivered. Tried to reach out on multiple platforms and no answers. Trying to dispute with credit card company but no response. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN !!

These guys are a scam

These guys are a scam. Their site said ship the same day if ordered before 2pm. They emailed me a tracking number but it kept showing the item was never picked up. over the next few days few days i emailed them 3 times. Both through the support email address that they sent me. and their website.

no reply. No update in status. I dont think i will even receive my items. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I am happy that I read this site before…

I am happy that I read this site before ordering. The pricing was too good to be true. You can’t get solid gold for these prices. So, I tried to see where exactly they were located. Their website has a bogus address.

Why don’t sites like this get shut down? They are obviously a fraud. What has happened to the consumer protections in this country? Who is out there investigating when a company like this one has so many negative reviews? When the truth is so obvious but nothing is done, I lose all hope in our country.

Don’t buy… extra duty charges added

I received the goods but had to pay £48 duty before I could collect my parcel, I sent receipt to them, as they said they would look at reimbursement, have heard nothing since, despite several emails to them which they are ignoring. The goods are not worth the money. They are only gold plated. The earrings were broken and have not received refund for that either BEWARE

Scoundrels

Apparently my review was deleted because it was false??! What is false, is Mason and Madison Company! I ordered a necklace and was received the wrong one. I emailed them, and they told me to take a picture of it. I took the picture of the necklace, and told them the necklace that I had ordered. They didn't give a damn, because it has been almost a month, and I have not heard back from them. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and I suggest you do the same.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I tried to cancel my order a day after it was placed after a more thorough google search showed no proof any the claims on their site were true. However my emails were bouncing back. I sent back my order the quality of the product should have cost 1/10 of what they charge). Even though the order was sent back within the week after delivery the company refuses to give me back my money though I got a tracking receipt with the name of the person who received the shipment. AVOID AT ALL COST. You are better off getting jewelry from Claire's.

It started with no order confirmation…

It started with no order confirmation whatsoever. I waited nearly a month and then the incorrect necklace arrived. Not at all the description of what was ordered. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company over this. Since they are stealth when it comes to publishing any phone number, I have emailed them at their support email showing them a photo of what I ordered and a photo of what arrived. This was sent to a support email address that previously they never responded to my inquiries regarding the order. What happened to Mason & Madison that was so great a few years ago?!

I wish I should have read the reviews…

I wish I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this store or site.
I had a something coming up and ordered few products from this store 2-3 weeks in advance, but never received anything and for a product I also paid shipping charges for next day delivery.The customer service sucks and never ever responds. I am not sure even if this store or company exists and if they don’t exist no point wasting time writing reviews, yes it would beneficial for other shoppers.

This store doesn’t deserve any stars.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a necklace which was £98.00 along with £20 tax. I received the necklace which is horrendous, nothing like the one I ordered. It actually looks like it has came out of a Christmas cracker. I have emailed the company with no response whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting, I would highly recommend no one to use this website

No customer service support

ORD# 9837 Place my order on 8/5 and received 8/9. Emailed for return instructions 8/11 for a refund. Have not heard from them. The second email was sent on 8/14, I received a "Mailer-Daemon undeliverable" sent a follow-up email, and again received an undeliverable. Not able to reach the company.
After reading several complaints I have submitted a complaint to the BBB.

This company is a SCAM

This company, I believe, is a SCAM. Customer service is unresponsive. I have sent multiple emails and Instagram messages regarding the status of my return. I think I just lost $100 for a necklace I don't have in my possession because I mailed it back. How hard is it to check if a return package for my order has returned to their facility? This company should be reported to the BBB and the state consumer protection agency. It honestly looks like other people here have also experienced something similar; looks like something ripe for a class action lawsuit for fraudulent business activity.

I have opened up a dispute with my credit card company because it looks like I would have better luck resolving this problem through my card company than this fraud of a business.

Additionally, the reviews on their website are skewed because they don't post any negative reviews. They basically only show you positive reviews. If you leave a negative review on their Insta, they also delete it or filter it out. Very shady.

I want to encourage anybody reading…

I want to encourage anybody reading this that has had a bad experience with Mason and Maddison especially in regards to the return policy which they state very clearly. They will honor within 30 days any product returned in its original state. I want to encourage you to go to the better business bureau and file a complaint companies like this should not be in the market place of America, and unless we the people stand up and be a voice, other people will continue to be taken advantage of and robbed from by companies like this ! Just go to the better business bureau, website, and file a complaint. It was very simple it took on me all of five minutes. Please go and do that now. Thank you very much.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a necklace on 6/18 and paid for expedited, 3 day shipping. Not only have I not received the jewelry (6/26) but, I have no tracking information and the company will not respond to my emails. I’ve asked where the product is and also asked for a refund with no response. I would definitely leave a worse review if I could! Save your money and buy somewhere else!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I got a Pearl jade bracelet for $85. I loved it initially but questioned the real Pearl and real gold as soon as I saw it. Wore on it vacation for 1 day, 2nd day it was unwearable bc it’s held together by a string which stretched out so much.

Also, I found the same exact bracelet on Etsy for $20.

I Facebook messaged and emailed the company with no response. They also won’t show my honestly negative review on their website.

Nope

Shipping was normal. The necklace I received was nice but too heavy so I needed to return it. I emailed as suggested. I was provided with return information. Since it was mailed (3 weeks ago) with plenty of contact information and order information, I had emailed the company twice and have YET to hear back or receive my almost $100 refund. Be aware that this company has poor customer service and you may be taking a risk purchasing from them. So many companies pop up on social media now. It’s like in the “old days”. Just because it’s out in the open and has an ad does NOT mean they are legitimate or trustworthy.
