NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!! I purchased a bracelet that I wanted to exchange for a more expensive piece. When they receive my return I waited a couple of weeks before I inquired about the whereabouts of my exchange. As soon as I did this, I received tracking information, When I received the new, more expensive bracelet, it had been thrown in an envelope with no packaging, wrapping at all. The bracelet was laying at the bottom of an envelope all crumpled up as though they were upset that I had inquired about a piece I purchased weeks before. No regard for their own pieces and certainly no regard for their customers! It was disgusting!!!!!! I immediately sent them a email about how disgraceful this was. Of course, no response. They ought to be assumed of themselves! I don’t know who owns this company but they should seriously re-evaluate who they have representing their company! As mentioned, never, ever again will I purchase a single item from Masonmadison!!!

Purchased a necklace on 1/30/23 &…

Purchased a necklace on 1/30/23 & didn’t ship till 2 weeks later which then ended up receiving the wrong item. Customer service does not reply via email nor their customer support center through their link. I called the company receptionist gave me the run around & said the manager would call me back still have not received a phone call nor an email. I agree with other reviewers I wish I would have read the reviews sooner. Stay away from this company!!

SCAM

This company purposefully shipped me a different item then the item I ordered which was no longer available. When I received my order and contacted the company to inform them that I received the wrong ring, they told me they shipped the wrong item because the other item that I ordered was not available. They than gave me two options: 1. keep the wrong wring (which did not fit me and looked ugly) and they would give me an additional 10% off the price of the wrong ring or 2. exchange the ring for a different item of similar value.

FORCING me to buy a different ring or keep a ring I never ordered after sending me the wrong ring is ridiculous and scammy. Just send the RIGHT ring the first time or inform your customer the ring is out of stock and refund their money. Scam.

I ordered a $125 gold snake chain…

I ordered a $125 gold snake chain necklace and it looks like it maybe would cost $15 elsewhere. It is completely discolored, cheap feeling and just awful looking. They offered to send me another one instead of a refund…Why would I want 2 awful necklaces? Now they are replying they don’t accept “damaged” items as a return…which implies they sent me a damaged item. This company is a total scam.

Shipped late, not all items I ordered in shipment.

I ordered two items on November 28th. I wrote them two weeks later and told them I was going to contact Paypal if my order was not shipped. It shipped but only one of the ordered items was in the shipment. I have contacted them again and will create a dispute with Paypal if they do not respons.

Ordered an item from them (for…

UPDATE:

it's been 3 months. I received one email from them saying that the original item that I ordered was out of stock. Not sure why it wasn't just refunded, but whatever. I grumpily returned everything in them in hopes to get a full refund... but now they have my money AND I have nothing to show for it. They have not responded to any emails since I returned the items.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!

Ordered an item from them (for Christmas gifts). Two weeks after I ordered I hadn't received a shipping update so I sent them an email asking for the status. Was told that my initial order was misplaced and they would reprocess and ship it out soon.

When I received it, I only received part of the order. I sent multiple emails asking what happened but have not received a response. There is no way to contact support outside of email and I'm starting to doubt there is even a customer support person here.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Mason & Madison. If you order from them, know that you're rolling the dice and will likely not get the items your ordered.

I really wish that I had done my research. This “company” is a rip off. I bought a necklace and it actually arrived. It was worn once and broke. It broke while handling!! Never received merchandise and never…

Never received merchandise and never received tracking info. I purchased 2 necklaces totaling nearly $200 at the same time. When I didn’t receive tracking info, I emailed them and they responded saying they had “resent” the tracking info, yet somehow I never received that email either, despite receiving their email saying they had just resent it. I emailed them again and never received a response. Terrible customer service and no way to call them. I reported to my credit card company as fraud and at least got a refund from them. Ironically, Mason Madison keeps texting me solicitations. They are either totally illegitimate or at best are completely unreliable and unresponsive. Buyer beware. Wish I’d seen this resource before placing my order!!

Waste of my time and money.

Poor quality and inconvenient customer service. Lots of fake reviews on their website.

I've disliked my necklace the moment I've opened the box. Not gold as stated, looks and feels very cheap. Had to email them with my complaint for a return label, and they said I can only return with my own money.

I left my honest bad review at their website. Obviously, it was never posted. They don't even have 4 star reviews there. Only 5 star review are being shown.

Waste of my time and money.

Would give negative stars if I could

Would give negative stars if I could.

They "forgot" about my order and shipped it weeks late, only after I reached out to ask them where it was. When it arrived, it was missing the free gift that was supposed to come with the order. Then both pieces tarnished within 3 days of wear, and when I reached out for a refund, I stopped receiving emails from them. I have sent three follow up emails without a response. Definitely a scam - their pieces are NOT real gold, they tarnished way too quickly. They also gave me a tracking number via instagram DM instead of the website - likely so I was not able to leave a review on their site. Pretty sure all their 5 star reviews are fake.

I was give less than 0 stars if I could. I purchased almost $300 worth of product and after 3 weeks they still had not shipped anything. The order continued to say "in process". After multiple attempts to contact the seller I did not hear anything back.
Scam. Do not buy.

Never provided tracking details. I’m sure they’re a scam and they don’t respond to emails. I don’t even think they’re from NY like they claim.

Company responded almost 4 years later. Not to the actual complaint for a solution, but the review itself.
