Breath of fresh air. We ordered 3 beds from Mayfair bed co after seeing a tv advert. They were always available to answer our questions via the online chat which made us very comfortable in placing the order. The beds were delivered within the timescale provided, quality was great also. For the price charged this company goes above and beyond. Would recommend to all!

Great company, we needed our beds Delivered to our new home within 7 days from ordering. We called the company on the off chance they would be able to do this. Adam the manager was very helpful and made this happen. The beds are great quality and look great too. Would recommend to all.

Absolutely love our new luxury kristiana bed! We got it in mink plush velvet. We opted for the extended 80 inch headboard after advise from Emma in the customer experience team, she was ever so helpful. Delivery was arranged swiftly and the couriers also helped bring the bed up to the correct room.
Overall one very happy customer, I'm in love with the bed, glad I found this company!

Presales was fine but as soon as they had my money it's like they didn't care.

Gave plenty notice for when bed to be delivered...was nearly a month delayed.

Bed arrived with the most poor instructions and lots of extra bolts...we had to figure it ot ourselves.

Bed was faulty and at an incline, support bars were incorrect size. Delays on responding to my messages about and kept being fobbed off that I had made the bed wrong...I had not. Sent videos to prove it.

Eventually said they will deliver new parts, wasted countless hours chasing not to mention a whole weekend waiting for delivery. They have not delivered the correct parts.

Absolutely shocking service please take your money elsewhere

Was told I would be called by a manager today and no surpise noone has called.

They ignore your messages and what company only communicates by WhatsApp...an unprofessional one.

Buyer beware! This company is a scam. Dig a little deeper before buying from them. The address on their website takes you to the area Mayfair in London! They do not have a listed address and they are not a genuinely listed company. The only way of communicating with them is over Whatsapp. If you call, they do not answer. The number on their website redirects you to a mobile number which is also suspicious! I also left a review on their website which was removed. There is no authenticity about this company at all so order at your own peril.

Just received my bed now from Mayfair and its perfect, ordered the Kristina and its exactly how it looked on the pictures. They made the whole process from ordering to delivery easy, straightforward and stress free. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a bed

This company is a rip off.

I ordered a double bed from them £800 which quality is very bad. It has only been
A few weeks and the bed frame has come apart. Four joints on each side has loose hinges. The wooden slabs do not get fixed anywhere as they float.

Also when I placed the order, missing parts that took me over a month to chase. Their customer sercive is rubbish, either they do not respond or they say we are looking into it. Finally aftet so many attempts they brought missing parts. I left a review om their website and guess what they did not publish. If you go on their website is all 5 stars which makes me think they are making them up.

Please do not buy from them - loosing money
