Be aware that the comments field is not read by the staff when they process your order with the 'standard' document review option. So don't ask questions in that text box.

Be also aware that every file is converted to pdf, what causes loss of transparency that is included in your graphic file formats that you upload. This can have negative effects when you order circle shaped stickers.

When I was at the office for collecting my order I was very disappointed with the result. The staff was not cooperative in finding a solution but could only explain how the process works.
