Excellent customer service! Apparently something went wrong with the uploaded documents, but they gave me a call to check up on things.

However, I ordered a small set of 18 custom poker cards, and to be honest I was a bit let down when they arrived; I received 15 of them instead of 18, and the cutting wasn't at the quality I expected (rounded corners were still a bit rough, and one of the cards had about 5-6mm cut off from the top)
