Here is my experience:

I reached out to their customer service with a couple of questions, and every time I got an answer instantly through their live chat.

They helped me to correct the problems with my document until it was perfect.

I ordered 10 decks of playing cards, and the quality is great, the print looks sharp, the edges and corners are cut precisely, the 350g card paper is snappy and feels good to handle.

Manufactured and delivered the next day.

I accidentally got shipped 2 more decks of cards which they let me keep for free!

All in all, my experience with them was just amazing!
