Speed delivery is just an expensive normal time delivery.
I ordered business cards with extra fee for speed delivery, but didn't receive them on time. So I payed extra for no extra service. The quality of the business cards is very good.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay. The "production fast" option has only affect on the production time. This is explained at the info icon on the right side in the order form. This has no influence on the delivery promise of PostNL. Because of the problems nowadays with PostNL we introduced a new 100^% garanteed delivery option: "coerier_24h".
