Customer service is excellent, everyone I talked to from the team is friendly and very responsive, this is rare in the Netherlands lol. A little tip: maybe give a little bit of detailed feedback on the files that do not compliance with the file requirements and propose a solution since customers do not know how exactly the printing file required to be used at Print&Bind. This will save time for going back and forth. It took me quite some back and forth email and finally, someone explained to me why it is not good and suggested a solution to solve the issue.
