Garbage vacuum with garbage customer service
I purchased a Shark vacuum for approximately $500 less than two years ago, and it has already stopped working. When I contacted customer support, I was extremely disappointed with the experience.
The representative could see through the app that the vacuum had generated more than 30 error messages in the last month alone, yet they repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do because the product was outside of the one-year warranty period. Instead of offering a meaningful solution, they continued to suggest running diagnostics and ultimately offered to sell me another vacuum.
A $500 vacuum should last significantly longer than two years. If you're considering purchasing this product, be aware that you may be replacing an expensive vacuum much sooner than expected.
The lack of support was just as disappointing as the product failure itself. Based on my experience, I will not purchase another Shark or Ninja product in the future.
